[Editor's Note: Since 9/11 and the Patriot Act of 2001, Police departments across the nation are being transformed into extensions of the DHS/FBI/Military Joint Task Force Partnership/NWO gestapo that is turning America into an East German style police/surveillance state. Since early January of 2015, I've been hearing AM radio talk shows say how great it's going to be when all policemen are wearing body cams because they won't be able to get away with brutalizing people so easily, etc. Right. Pabulum for the dumbed-down American public who will swallow anything without blinking.

The real reason? NSA/FBI/military/DHS/etc. government computers using facial recognition software, will be analyzing those police body cam images nationwide on a 24/7 basis and identifying the name and tracking the location of every single person picked up by those body cams to be stored in myriad government computer data banks for Big NWO Brother.

In this story, we have a more sinister application of advanced electronic technology as a weapon of harassment and torture that will only be curtailed when local citizens put enough pressure on their mayor, town council, and police chief to STOP police from using this equipment, along with TASER guns, SWAT teams, and other expressions of militarized, police state tyranny.]

Dissension is the goal of all law enforcement agencies in America, including the F.B.I., Highway Patrol, city police departments, Sheriff departments, and all college and university police.

What is the definition of dissension?

A disagreement that leads to discord, difference of opinion, more crime, more violence, mental illness, poverty, murder, genocide, health problems, family discord, obsessive masturbation, ruined relationships, ruined marriages, suicide, Trojan horses in employment, or ruined businesses. Dissension can create manipulated or changed wills or trusts, alcoholism, illegal drug use, prescription drug addiction, accidents, genocide, illegal surgeries, or even illegal organ transplants. The list goes on and on.

Dissension could arise by electromagnetic energies that irritates one’s nervous system through the use of most digital and/or electronic devices in use today. Surreptitiously applied frequencies, however, are not natural, but rather a recorded replication of natural human emotions that can persuade any person to believe differently, change opinions, change one’s perception, change one’s goals or political viewpoint and ultimately control the mind. This technology can even change one’s visual perception through the use of emotion manipulation, although the visual facts of ones surroundings may state otherwise. Thus, the military-industrial complex, the developers of these intrusive technologies, has succeeded in overriding all constitutionally protected freedoms for the sake of controlling the populace in order to maintain employment for future armed forces personnel.

There are many channels, means and methods used today to control one’s mind in America. As of 2015, our police state, and more specifically our technocratic government with the use of technology, digital devices and the cooperation of utilities companies, have plotted to eliminate everyone who does not join their side. This is a Catch-22 for everybody. This dissension is a result of our resources, capitalism and the nature of greed as the richest nation in the world.

As of 2015, Police mind control digital and/or electronic modulators are not communication devices, but rather very high energy mind control frequency cable units powered by extra batteries and pulsed by electromagnetic waves that propagate outward from any law enforcement automobile, including university and college police cars and their surveillance vehicles. Most law enforcement vehicles in America have these devices within their trunk, below the trunk, or some cases, smaller devices are in hidden locations within their vehicles. As technology advances, these devices will be much smaller and more easily concealed. These devices enable law enforcement personnel to have real mind control capabilities over citizens of the United States by the manipulation of ones nervous system through the use of fake emotions, manipulated images, manipulated photos in the subliminal realm which cannot be seen, heard or felt except in the form of unwarranted irritation, anger, or manic experiences (mania to depression; basically, a bi-polar type life).

These cabled digital units are mostly targeted at backpackers, hikers, homeless people, Social Security SSI recipients, SSA disability recipients, nature enthusiasts and anyone who may have a chance in life for freedom of thought, away from police digital electromagnetic devices. The Military Industrial Complex has even put very small devices under U.S. Postal trucks. Most police units (“police” referring to any college police department, university police, F.B.I., C.I.A. sheriff, CHP, Highway Patrol, Department of Homeland Security and so on to any government agency that has surveillance, gun and arresting authority) will connect with all digital/ electronic devices such as a cell phone, credit cards and RFID tags in clothing, along with most tagged backpacks. The ultimate goal of this type of Police equipment is to benefit the Federal Bureau of Investigation who monitors much of the nation’s business/ commerce as a top priority in control of money, business and the information highway. The F.B.I. in every state are the people who monitor and utilize this equipment using people who are trained and programmed to use computers of the highest technology, yet compartmentalized and unconcerned about the health effects to U.S. citizens.
