Although most cars have servos or some control mechanism to control breaking and acceleration for the ABS and cruise control systems, most cars do not at this point have servos to control steering. The only cars with servo controlled steering would be the ones with automatic park assist.
So hacked or not, most people don’t have to worry about their steering being remotely controlled or electronically tampered with, breaks and throttle are a different story though.
You can steer a car if you can control the front breaks and making a mistake when fitting new front pads will result in the car pulling to the left or right and not just a little bit.
