ICD 10 07.1 <– Covid-19 confirmed as cause of death
ICD 10 07.2 <– Death were COVID-19 was a contributing factor or assumed to be contributing
Both are counted as Covid-19 fatalities
So if someone dies due to Heart Failure and they are in the ICU with Covid-19 they are counted.
