Sheriffs Stand TALL for the Constitution, Siskiyou Golden Fairgrounds, Yreka, California Video
The following youtube link was provided to me by an Arizona State Senator that I have been in contact with. This Senator understands the Constitution and private property rights. This video was recorded October 22, 2011 at Siskiyou Golden Fairgrounds, Yreka, California. Even though the video is over a year old the message is current.
All these elected sheriffs support the second amendment. Will Washington DC try to re write our constitution? Will the UN arms agreement trump our constitution?

Here are eight county sheriffs from Northern CA and Southern OR speaking on at panel at the Defend Rural America event October 22, 2011 in Yreka. Despite the low media coverage there were about 700 people in attendance from all over California, Oregon and as far away as Wyoming. The sheriffs made it perfectly clear that they are the last line of defense for their citizens and given authority by the 10th Amendment.

There are some sheriffs out there that understand the Constitution and their duties as a Constitutional sheriff. All county sheriffs need to follow the Constitution and protect the people that they serve as shown on the youtube video.

Perhaps I am too cynical. But martial law is martial law, regardless whether done on a national level or local level. Some of the worst atrocities I have seen were done by local cops. There are plenty of utube videos for these. Perhaps they may stand up to the feds. Perhaps not. Depends on what the weasels at the state and county level force them to do. Also if the SHTF, I don’t think they will be ‘protecting’ my rights at all. We will have to see. I hope I am wrong about these guys. But I am not counting on it.
How can an elected sheriff from California claim to support the Constitution and the 2nd Amendment, when California has effectively ignored and broken the 2nd Amendment protections? California has banned the use, sale and ownership of assault rifles and even rifles that look like assault rifles. California has also banned the use, sale and ownership of high capacity magazines, effectively washing the intent of the 2nd Amendment. California, as a state, has the most strict gun laws on record -yet these men uphold California law. If they really supported the Constitution or even just the 2nd Amendment, then they would do their duty and raid the capital so that they could place the California state government in handcuffs for a speedy trial and execution. We are at war. The government has declared war against the American people on multiple different occasions and the punishment for treason in time of war is death.

Glad to see the locals coming together but I fear it is too little, too late. Attorney Karen Budd Falon said by what laws determine the state of the citizens rights she needs to be reminded that the president has signed many executive orders that allow the government to take land and resources.

How many bodies do you have locked up in your jails that have no victim or loss of property? In other words, have committed a REAL crime.
