Marijuana Laws New Tool To Ban Gun Ownership

Feds promise crackdown on any ‘prohibited possessor’ in states where pot is ‘legal’

WND

White House drug czar Gil Kerlikowske recently told the National Press Club that the Obama administration has a zero tolerance policy on enforcing federal drug laws.

And on the website for the Office of National Drug Policy there’s a warning, “Marijuana and other illicit drugs are addictive and unsafe especially for use by young people. … Marijuana contains chemicals that can change how the brain works. And the science, though still evolving in terms of long-term consequences of marijuana use, is clear: marijuana use is associated with addiction, respiratory and mental illness, poor motor performance, and cognitive impairment, among other negative effects.”

So why hasn’t the Obama administration launched legal action against Colorado and Washington, where voters last fall voted to “legalize” marijuana under their state laws – even though federal law doesn’t allow that?

After all, the White House has been more than emphatic that state “laws” exempting people from the federal Obamacare are invalid, and when Arizona took it upon itself to adopt a state law to enforce federal immigration restrictions, Washington went after those renegades immediately in the courts.

Is there something about the idea of legalizing marijuana that Washington LIKES?

That may have been revealed just days ago when the Congressional Research Service released its report on the “State Legalization of Recreational Marijuana: Selected Legal Issues.”

There, attorneys Todd Garvey and Brian Yeh wrote, there’s flexibility for Washington on the question, stating, “The extent to which federal authorities will actually seek to prosecute individuals who are engaged in marijuana-related activities in Colorado and Washington remains uncertain. President Obama himself has suggested the prosecuting simple possession is not a priority, while the Department of Justice has said only that ‘growing, selling or possession any amount of marijuana remains illegal under federal law.’”

I like how they state that weed over a long term period creates many mental istabilities such as cognitive impairment, poor motor performance blah blah wtf ever. Ive been smoking for well over 10 years. Literally nonstop. but there is a huge flaw in their statement. These things might be the effects while under the influence and really only for an hour. Respiratory problems are more associated with those that also smoke cigarettes. As far as long term ive not seen any drawbacks. Im found by my peers and family as highly intelligent. Ive managed to acomplish many things without prior knowledge. My prefrontal cortex which handles information breakdowns and is the logic center works amazingly well. Also i dont dring or do any other drug. So yeah. Whatever they wanna say about weed is pure propaganda. Now for most people this is an ok drug. Much like coffee is an ok drug. I mean keep it from the kids. Let them develop first. Wait till ur 20 but it helps with sooo many things. Anxiety. Ptsd. Cancer. Muscle pain. Tooth aches. Depression. And you can learn literally anything when high. And that short term memory thing is BS.
But anyone who is just started smoking is going to act rediculous. Its new its fun, why not..
But after a good few weeks you will slow down. Then everything becomes an “experience”
Then its just. Being high. Its something you have to go through. . . Take my word for it

Its not a gate way drug. You cant get addicted to it and you cant overdose on it if you tried,, You can OD on Aspirin though. It makes better paper than tress and renews itself annually. Makes cleaner burning oil than petroleum, better clothes than cotton, suppress’s cancer etc, But we all believe in Santa Clause growing up till we realize it was all a hoax and accept it and move on,, ,, it was all propaganda from the government that was pressured by these deep pockets groups I mentioned above to get it outlawed so accept it and move on lol
