California Assembly Vote to Nullify NDAA – AB351

May 30th 2013, the California

Assembly voted to pass Assembly

Bill 351, which effectively states

that no agency within the state

of California will knowingly

cooperate with the unconstitutional

provisions of the NDAA, which is the

Federal law that says you can be

locked up forever with NO due

process of law.

No judge, no jury, no lawyer, no

phone call, no trial, no charges ever

filed, just YOU ROTTING IN A PRISON

CELL forever because somebody

somewhere decided you MIGHT be

a bad guy.

Thank you, California Assembly, for

affirming that this is NOT Constitutional

and NOT OK.

California Governor, Jerry Brown passed

this into State Law in Late October, 2013.
