ACT OF WAR -- Obama's EPA Takes Entire American Town Away From Wyoming and Gives it to the Indians… Disenfranchises U.S. Citizens...

(By Steven Ahle, THE FREE PATRIOT)

Obama’s EPA has declared that the city of Riverton, Wyoming, with over 10,000 people is no longer part of the United States and have given it to the Indians.  In essence, all Americans living in Riverton are no longer living in the United States and are not eligible for state or federal services.  They can also be tossed off land they bought and paid for since their deeds do not have to be recognized by the Indians.  The Indians have argued for years that they should get full ownership of 1 million more acres of land because it should be part of their reservation.

The problem is that congress decided the borders in legislation passed in 1905.  If this ruling is allowed to stand, the EPA can arbitrarily take land away from its owners and give it to anyone they choose to.  The governor of Wyoming, Matt Mead is threatening to refuse to recognize the EPA’a authority.

“My deep concern is about an administrative agency of the federal government altering a state’s boundary and going against over 100 years of history and law.  This should be a concern to all citizens because, if the EPA can unilaterally take land away from a state, where will it stop?”

The Wyoming delegation to congress has sent a letter to the EPA demanding they reverse their decision.  All parties agree the final decision must be made in the federal courts.

It is unclear whether the EPA is considering turning over all 1 million acres the Indians are requesting.

Sen. Leland Christensen argues:

“This is an alarming action when you have a federal agency step in and start to undo congressional acts that has really been our history for 108 years … with the stroke of a pen without talking to the biggest groups impacted, and that would be the city of Riverton and the state of Wyoming.”

The EPA refuses to comment on their decision.

Wyoming responds as though they have no say in their own State, it will be the stepping stone for the EPA to claim lands all throughout the Continent. SHUT IT DOWN NOW! Enough of this lawless bunch of thugs.

Maybe it’s no big fat hairy deal to them…..maybe most of the people there are of First Nations decent.

This country was stolen from the natives of America. The native Americans were willing to coexist with the intruding foreigners but were hunted, mudered and enslaved by the so called discoverers of this nation. A point that I need to make is, yes Obama was most likely born in a stolen country (Hawaii) so how is it that the ones making the most noise about this subject aren’t willing to admit or come to terms about the truth that this country doesn’t truly belong to them. Such hypocrisy!!!!!!!

THE LAND WAS OURS BEFORE YOU WHITE GUYS STOLE IT FROM US AND NOW WE HAVE OUR LAND BACK.

Well the legal concept of Adverse Possession may apply here for the people who live there.

At some point in time someone else owned everything. Man has been taking land for 1000s of years. One could argue if they give up their land then all the land must be given up.

Any case, the concept of states evoking the 10th. amendment and nullify the EPA who have no constitutional basis anyway and there for no jurisdiction over anyone. Tough up Wyoming.

Sorry Crazy Obots-The only issue here is that the EPA is ignoring and riding roughshod over Congressional law that drew these lines. More lawlessness from the White House and President Valerie Jarrett!

Adverse possession in its’ most aggressive sense. And appears to hold onto what’s theirs [the Present LandOwner / LandHolder] they are going to have to hold the motto: “Come and Take It!” NEVER ‘hand over’ Possession ..Possession IS 9/10th’s the Law.

    • Irrefutable fact: All cops are career criminals

The Feds want to see how people respond. This one of many tests to see how much resistance the people will give when they push for more.

I was born on Earth, where is MY “ancestral” land? Whoever is on it needs to get off and go back to their “ancestral” land. All people need to go back to their “ancestral” land and stay there! This really makes a lot of sense, doesn’t it?

Which “ancestors” does someone with 20 nationalities/ethnicities does he/she get to choose the “ancestral” land of? When and where is that “ancestral” land. Does he/she get to choose when the “ancestors” were on beachfront property, swamp land, or barren land? How convenient!

Crazy people keep arguing “give back what you stole from me that I stole before you from the people who stole it before me!”

Around 1905 “our” government took the land where this town sits away from the Native Americans that was originally awarded to them as part of their “reservation”. To get right down to it, prior to the early settlers coming to America, all the land belonged to the Native Americans. They lived here first. Reading some of the post on this issue is rather amusing. Its like the sayings “What comes around goes around ” or “Karma is a bitch”. How does it feel to have your life as you know it ripped away from you?? How does it feel to have land that you have worked on or worked for taking from you because someone in power says so?? How does it feel to see your family traditions and values changed because you are forced to by someone who thinks their way is better. So I’m sure that these people in that town that own buisnesses and land and their homes that they have worked for are upset. To those people I ask this question: How do you think the families that lived and thrived there for many, many years felt when your ancestors did it to them? Does it make the pain of loss any less important because of race, age, or religion? The answer is no, it doesn’t. So before you stand with petty assumptions and “moral” flag waving, you should make sure you educate yourself on what your talking about.

and when the “shtf” there will be alot of dead native americans” again , who cares !

      • jonsey

Spoken like a true coward Spartacus. You know it’s better to keep your mouth shut and appear to be stupid rather than opening your mouth and removing all doubt!!

Ok….First of all, I am full blood member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe. I also live in Riverton, Wyoming. This story is so far off the mark it’s not funny. The sad part is, most non Native idiots in this town believe whatever they read, regardless of how ridiculous it is. I’ve been threatened by the redneck population for something I had nothing to do with. I’ve been made fun of and my children have been threatened, as well. I would encourage anyone with an open mind and a half an ounce of common sense to do some research on your own to get the true facts of this story before making any racist remarks.
