John Kerry Greatest Hits of Asinine remarks

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

I have been blogging since 2009. I had no idea I had so many very special “moments’ of Kerry making an Ass of himself. I wanted to limit the remarks to short clips and statements on Iran so had to leave out some outstanding moments.  So here is a good jumping off point with a few good chuckles thrown in. Circa 2014.

Sure we are safer now than ever before in the history of mankind.

John Kerry says we’re safer than ever on February 25 2015

Here is one that we may have easily forgotten about. Kerry acknowledges that the cash may go to terrorists.

U.S. paid Iran ransom for U.S hostages from tax payers funds

The Obama administration is facing criticism for paying Iran $1.7 billion in taxpayer funds as part of what critics described as a “ransom” bound up in a controversial hostage trade designed to secure the release of five Americans long-held by Iran, according to conversations with administration officials and experts critical of the agreement.

Under the terms of the settlement, Iran will be paid a $400 million balance, plus an additional $1.3 billion in interest from the taxpayer fund, according to a State Department official.

And as far as the release of Billions to Iran recently?

Meanwhile, Secretary of State John Kerry said money from the Iran deal could end up in the hands of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

“I think that some of [the $55 billion] will end up in the hands of the IRGC or of other entities, some of which are labeled terrorists,” Kerry said.

Silly us. Of course we all knew that the Arms and Missiles development and use was simply a throw away that we were planning on dropping anyway.

Kerry: ‘Arms and Missile … Were Thrown in as Add-Ons’ to Iran Deal

 Weekly Standard:

Secretary of State John Kerry told NBC’s Chuck Todd that “the arms and the missiles” were “thrown in as an add-on to this nuclear agreement.”

“So this [deal] focused on getting rid of the principal problem in the region, which is Iran’s threat to Israel, their threat to the region, to have a nuclear capacity,” Kerry said defending the deal.

“We believe with this, for years into the future, we have this incredible capacity to have access, to have inspections, to hold them accountable.

“And by the way, even though the arms and the missiles, they were thrown in as an add-on to this nuclear agreement. It was always contemplated if Iran did come and deal on the nuclear program, that was going to be lifted.”

Here is go. Less we forget that Kerry asked for help with our sailors instead of rescuing them. They for course were then held by the Iranians. They also had access to the secret stuff on the ship.

Kerry, Ash Carter asked Iran to help when Navy boats had trouble, letting them be captured

Iran holds two US Navy boats in Persian Gulf.

This is both stunning and insane. Thankfully, the sailors now appeared to be safe. But this basically means that Kerry and Carter put them in captivity, at the whim of Iran.

I just couldn’t resist this bit of Paris Accord. Just to provide insight into our savant’s method of orgainizing his thought patterns.

BONUS:

John Kerry: ‘There would have been no Paris Accord if there had been penalties

“So that is a serious form of enforcement, if you will, compliance. But there is no penalty for it, obviously, but if there had been a penalty, we wouldn’t have been able to get an agreement.”

On December 14, 2015 I posted this and see if you can follow his logic.

Here Kerry opines on two insights on the Global Warming “agreement.”Kerry: Public Shaming is ‘Most Powerful Weapon in Many Ways’ to Enforce World Climate Agreement. The other astute observation?

While discussing the global climate change agreement made in Paris over the weekend, Secretary of State John Kerry acknowledged on Fox News Sunday that there wouldn’t been an agreement at all if there were binding penalties for countries not meeting emissions standards.
