Growing Evidence of Election Fraud

We knew it was coming and now our fears have been confirmed. Democrats are trying to steal two Senate seats and two Governor spots.

And, once again, key swing state Florida is at the center of it all.

As previously reported by TLB, 83,000 ballots were discovered in Florida’s infamous Broward County. Additional uncounted ballots are also in play in Palm Beach County, Florida, which like Broward goes heavy Blue.

When votes continued to be counted in both counties more than 48 hours after polls closed Tuesday evening, Governor and Senate candidate Rick Scott filed a lawsuit alleging election supervisors in both respective counties were failing to comply with Florida Election Law.  (Scott is seeking Democrat incumbent Bill Nelson’s seat in the U.S. Senate.)

The judge agreed with Governor Scott and ordered all ballots to be submitted by 7 pm Friday.

Neither county complied with the court order. To make matters worse, neither county has met the standard of even basic levels of transparency as the process has played out. Both counties have refused to report where the ballots are coming from and how many ballots there are to be counted.

Florida Law requires all ballots be accounted for within 30 minutes of polls closing. All Florida counties, including those affected by Hurricane Michael, had no problem complying with Florida Law. All counties that is except for Broward and Palm Beach, which as of this writing still have not complied nearly six full days out.

But it gets worse. After all votes are accounted for (by law within 30 minutes of polls closing), officials are required to provide updates every 45 minutes until the full count is tallied. Palm Beach County has refused to file the mandatory updates.

Why would there be laws in place to quickly account for all ballots and to provide updates periodically until all votes are counted? The obvious answer is to ensure that votes aren’t being manipulated, invented or omitted.

The left and the media claim that any question raised regarding the goings-on in Broward and Palm Beach Counties is a conspiracy theory motivated by the desire to suppress Democrat votes. The rebuttal to such non-sense is simple: If everything is on the up and up and there is a reasonable explanation, why the need for such secrecy?
And guess what? Broward County Election Supervisor Dr. Brenda Snipes has an unfortunate track record of both incompetence and misconduct. Past corruption and malfeasance includes illegally destroying ballots, secretly opening mail-in ballots, sending voters too many ballot pages, and leaving a constitutional question off the ballot.

In 2016 Dr. Snipes’ office posted results 30 minutes before the polls closed. Ooops.

How in the world this lady is still in charge is beyond me…unless the reason she is there is to muck things up the second most populous county in the nation’s most important swing state.

Dr. Snipes is at it again too. On Friday evening she mixed more than a dozen bad provisional ballots with nearly 200 valid ones, making it almost impossible to determine which votes should be counted and which should not.

Meanwhile on election night and then again on Friday trucks were record being loaded and unloaded at the Office of the Broward County Supervisor of Elections (Dr. Snipes). Some of the drivers arrived alone with ballots from other precincts and then loaded the boxes onto the rented trucks. Such actions appear to violate Florida chain of custody statutes.

When concerned citizens asked what was going on and who was in charge video shows them being escorted away by riot police.

But wait, there’s more!  Former Florida Lieutenant Governor Jeff Kottkamp tweeted Friday that a Broward County Elections staff member was caught filling in blank ballots.

It is also noteworthy that the Democrats have called in Marc Elias to man Senator Bill Nelson’s legal team. Elias is a top Clinton Lawyer who works for the Seattle based Perkins Coie Law Firm, the very firm that hired Fusion GPS to generate the infamous Steele Dossier, which was the illegitimate basis for the politically motivated Russian Collusion investigation.

All of this is taking place within a context where conservative and libertarian voices are being censored and silenced on social media, illegal aliens can cast ballots for socialism with impunity, and voting machines controlled by Soros interests can deploy algorithms that can actually change the outcome of an election.

If Democrats are allowed to get away with this brazenly corrupt behavior they will be emboldened to employ the same dirty tricks and worse in the future. Stay tuned as I am sure there will be additional updates.
