If Trump Possibly Committed a Crime, Then Biden Definitely Committed a Crime

The media has been breathless over the “whistle blower” from the intelligence community who turned out to be someone who heard a rumor and then Adam Schiff (D-CA) got involved and so did the media so now it’s a “scandal”. Even though we now know all of the facts and that the person who filed the whistle blower report has no actual knowledge of the incident that doesn’t stop the media and Democrats going into full impeachment mode yet again. There is something interesting about the rhetoric though, and it blatantly shows the double standard the Democrats and media want for our country.

Joe Biden is a subject when it comes to Ukraine because Joe Biden admitted that he threatened to with hold $1 Billion in funds from Ukraine unless they fired their chief prosecutor, the chief prosecutor who happened to be investigating Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company who Joe Biden’s son Hunter happened to be a member of the board. Is it possible that Biden was not influenced by his son being a member of that board? Sure, anything is possible. It is also possible that Joe, given what we’ve seen of his mental faculties had no idea that his son was on Burisma’s board.

The problem here is that the Democrats and the media are upset that Trump supposedly was trying to influence an investigation being conducted by a foreign power. The main stream media is suggesting Trump committed treason, or at the very least an impeachable offense because he was “blackmailing” Ukraine and threatening to with hold funds because he wanted a specific political outcome. This begs the question of why is Trump telling the Ukrainian President that he wont give them funds unless they investigate Biden, but it’s not a problem that Biden said he would with hold funds unless they fire their chief prosecutor?

The difference between the two is simple. Joe Biden has admitted to threatening to with hold funds unless the Ukrainians fired their prosecutor. At a Council on Foreign Relations event Biden said:

“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’”

So clearly Biden admits that he threatened to with hold money from Ukraine unless they fired their prosecutor. Not only is this the Democrats’ definition of foreign meddling, but also, he’s admitting to what the Democrats are claiming is an impeachable offense and maybe even treason. How can Biden not be guilt of this crime if Donald Trump is?

In the worst case scenario, Donald Trump said on a phone call that he would not give Ukraine money if they didn’t investigate Biden, yet as far as we know, no money or aid has been withheld from Ukraine, and even their foreign minister states that he does not believe there was any coercion from the President. But we know that Biden did withhold funds from Ukraine, and only dispensed these funds after they did what he asked, given that in the same speech to the Council on Foreign Relations he also stated:

“Well, son of a bitch, he got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time,”

There is no way the Democrats can say that Donald Trump is guilty of an impeachable offense, nor treason and Biden is somehow innocent on all accounts. The only credible way for the Democrat party to try and impeach Donald Trump is if they also indict Joe Biden for the same crimes, otherwise this is all a complete pile of garbage. This statement needs to be echoed everywhere until the Democrats move on to their next “impeachable offense” or they actually prove that their concerned over this activity and indict Joe Biden.
