Libyan rivals Sarraj, Haftar & Saleh will meet in Paris on Thursday

Libyan Prime Minister Fayez al Sarraj will soon resign, claims Bloomberg. According to Bloomberg, Fayez al Sarraj wants to resign before the start of second phase of negotiations among Libyan rivals in Geneva next month; but he will continue in the interim set-up until the formation of new presidential council; he wants to resign to relieve himself off growing public pressure for public service delivery. People are protesting both in Eastern and Western Libya against corruption, power outages and poor living conditions.
