Regardless of how and when the Ukrainians go on the offensive, we should realize that the outcome of this war will affect Russian security decades from now. If, contrary to expectation, an armistice with Ukraine has to be concluded without a change of power in Kiev, then a few years later the NATO military industry, finally unwinding, will give Ukraine enough weapons to make the next war an even harder and more difficult task than the one we have been facing for a year now.

And given even more rampant Nazi propaganda (and without it, it will be very difficult to keep the population under control in a devastated country), this war will be almost inevitable.

💥 More than 40 Ukrainian servicemen, 1 AFV, and 2 motor vehicles have been eliminated in this direction during the day.

💥 In addition, actions of 4 sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the AFU were thwarted near Novoselovskoye (LPR), Masyutovka, and Krakhmalnoye (Kharkov region).

💥 2 AFU sabotage and reconnaissance groups have been put down near Sladkoye and Shevchenko (DPR).

◽️ During the day, the enemy’s losses in these directions have amounted to 25 Ukrainian troops, 1 AFV, 2 vehicles, and 1 D-30 howitzer.
Also, ammunition depots of the 108th Territorial Defence Brigade and the 72nd Mechanised Brigade of the AFU have been destroyed near Shevchenko and Dobrovolye (DPR).
 
◽️ In Kherson direction, up to 30 Ukrainian troops, 2 motor vehicles, and 1 U.S. M777 artillery system have been eliminated during the day.

💥 In addition, 1 Ukrainian Zoopark counter-battery radar station was destroyed near Lvovo (Kherson region).
 
💥 Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Russian Group of Forces have engaged 93 AFU artillery units at their fire positions, manpower, and military hardware in 127 areas during the day.

💥 2 command and control posts of AFU special operations forces near Velikiy Island (Kherson region) have been neutralised.

💥 Air defence forces have downed 1 Su-25 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force near Veletenskoye (Kherson region), as well as 16 HIMARS projectiles.

💥 Also during the day, 12 AFU drones were destroyed in the areas of Vodyanoye, Novoandreyevka, Olginka (DPR), Chervonoarmeyskoye, Grozovoye (Zaporozhye region), Obryvka, Kazachyi Lageri, Proletarka (Kherson region), Rubezhnoye and Kremennaya (LPR).

The main thing in the evening summary of the Ukrainian General Staff:

1. The most fierce battles are for Bakhmut and Marinka.

2. Repulsed more than 43 attacks in the directions:

- Bakhmutsky – in Bakhmut, as well as in the direction of Orekhovo-Vasilyevka and Ivanovsky,

- Avdeevskoe – in the areas of Avdeevka, Severny and Pervomaisky,

- Maryinsky – in the area of Marinka.

3. In the Volynsky, Polessky, Seversky, Slobodsky, Kupyansky, Limansky, Shakhtyorsky, Zaporozhye and Kherson directions, the situation has not changed significantly.

4. The Russian army launched three missile and 31 air strikes, carried out 26 attacks from the MLRS.

5. Aviation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine made 11 strikes. Air defense shot down a reconnaissance UAV of the “Supercam” type.
