The “Hunger Games aesthetic” brought by Ms. Biden, is just “an other première” of novelties. Very banal! The San Francisco Ballet Theater Company tried it before with their own innovative Nut-Cracker when, during the finish the “battle” of the Prince versus the Prince of the mice, a BIG RAT got thrown into the sewer. Very contemporary SF indeed! My former companions & acquaintances of the SFBT got forced into performing that horror, but at least the bulk of the ballet was little changed from what the Mariinsky Theatre produces years in and years out.
I guess that senile Joe won’t see the difference. He will just see jungle bunny jumping up and down. Character dancing, or tap-dancing for that case in the WH, fits to the tee to the progressives! Bing Crosby, also made our day while we finished decorating our own Christmas tree and completed the creche, this latest been full of the marvels of the coming of the divine Child watched by the Holy Family, the shepherds and their sheep; the three mages and their camels and dromedaries with the ever presence of the ox and the ass.

Melania aught to be Catholic, because it is the dominant religion of her native Slovenia. During an official visit to the Vatican, she was ostensibly and visibly offered a blessed rosary chaplet. This kind of devotional object is not given away to any newcomer. It is firstly a telling that she prays as all Catholics do, and secondly that the RCC has placed her mark. As First Lady and Roman Catholic, her mere presence into the WH has probably brought some graces, such as a four years long peace and an increase in true hope and some prosperity. That we can’t prove, but we may still hope that a greatly needed abundance of graces might occur in case of a next mandate of her husband the President. Melania might be an insurance for the future of the nation.
