The problem is when they start living in those tunnels in such close quarters the in fighting will be the death of them all. Once the old order of things is gone there will be no reason for the young and strong to take orders from the old and weak. Then they will break down into gangs of thugs playing king of the hill. It will become medieval with the strongest taking power from the old guard who would have then become the “useless eaters.” Ah Karma, I love it.

No Elites are doing this. Its OBVIOUSLY a series of connected living spaces (BELOW GROUND) that will be used in the event that a mass evacuation is required. Assume a meteor or nuke attack takes place. The people go below ground and TRAVEL to the next less effected area safely. That’s all it is. Elites wont remain elite without anyone to govern would they.
