Vatic Note: This is up as “hard proof” that geoengineering does exist and the cost analysis for doing it, was contracted out to a Khazar infiltrated country that is suppose to be an ally, Canada. I can’t speak for the school, since I have no idea who is running it and who sits on their board, but I do intend to find out. Will let you know when I know.

I have put up the table of contents to show you just how extensive this chemtrail program is, and it is intended to geoengineer our planet and now you know it and can show it to the sheep who believe everything the evil ones tell us. That will end that ignorance problem they have. It will also show the WHO of it as well.
