Mindy Sauter is a highly decorated trial attorney. Before joining the Oberheiden Law Group, Ms. Sauter served as an Assistant United States Attorney specializing in complex white-collar crime prosecutions and before that she was an Assistant District Attorney for Dallas County. Ms. Sauter has extensive trial experience with hundreds of jury and bench trials during her career. Ms. Sauter has personally tried everything from complex health care fraud cases at the federal level to capital murder death penalty cases at the state level. During her time at the U.S Attorney’s Office, Ms. Sauter assisted in the investigation and prosecution in the areas of Health Care Fraud, bank fraud, tax fraud, FDA regulatory violations, HIPAA violations, public corruption, and violent crimes.
