Orzota Acquires Avarida to Accelerate Big Data Solutions

Orzota, Inc. , a Silicon Valley Big Data Company that provides a platform and services, today announced they acquired Avarida, Inc. to accelerate the development of big data solutions for clients. Avarida is the company behind big data accelerators such as Relativate for recommendations and Gigalyze for streaming analytics. As a result of this acquisition, Orzota will provide more pre-built Big Data accelerators and solutions to help their customers get insights faster. Orzota will now include offices in Houston, Texas where Avarida is based.
