Dr. Michel N. Laham is one of the most experienced allergist-immunologists in Texas, having been in practice for more than 44 years. His long and successful medical career began in 1971, when he graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine at Gainesville. He remained at the University to undertake an internship, residency and then fellowship, which was completed in 1976, prior to entering private practice.
Dr. Laham is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Allergy & Immunology, and is seen as one of the foremost experts in Texas in the treatment of allergic conditions, and the use of immunology to prevent them. Conditions commonly treated by him include dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, asthma, sinusitis, pollen infections and more, and he performs a wide range of procedures including the use of allergy skin tests and the administering of allergy shots.
With more than four decades of high level experience in the treatment of allergies, Dr. Laham has a reputation that spreads nationwide. Even so, he still finds time to encourage and mentor younger and less experienced colleagues.
