The World Bank Chief, President Robert Zoellick this week in the Financial Times suggested that an updated Gold Standard would retool the World Economy. his comments came before the G20 Leaders meeting in Seol and after the US implemented further quantative easing.
Since 15th August 1971, when the US unilaterally terminated the convertabilitiy of the Us dollar to Gold ending the Bretton Woods I system, the US Dollar became the sole backing of currencies and a reserve currency. It is now being suggested that the World should use an updated Gold Standard to back up paper currencies.
In today’s Keiser Report, Max Keiser shows how Russian President Dmitry Medvedev had Gold coins printed with the inscription “New World Currency”. (See attached video)
Its interesting to note that the only Old Testament reference to 666 is the mention of Solomon’s Gold. Its also interesting to note that the image mentioned in Daniel Chapter 2 has a head of Gold. Is Gold the starting point of a New World Order with a New World Currency ?
There is nothing intrinsically evil about Gold and its obvious that all the Gold around the World is being collected by cash converters for a reason.
Perhaps the World is fulfilling an ancient prophecy in creating a New World Order based on a Gold Currency which is surrendered to Messiah for the construction of a New House of Prayer for All Nations ?
