Charlie here. You are right about power. I, myself, use the 3 doughnut rule. One doughnut corrupts you, two doughnuts absolutely and 3 doughnuts?? You’re DONE! A dozen ones don’t stand a chance after that. So, I try to limit myself to two doughnuts and nothing beyond that.
