Obama actually created this large number. He told these types the gov. was going to take care of their every need and all they had to do was sit around and do drugs and alcohol.
ITS THAT WAY FROM GOV JERRY BROWN: The do nothing scumbag who has no idea of how to be governor except to screw it up. Its a State emergency for the ineptitude of the politicians not to have Social Services get them cheap places to eat, jobs and food. What needs to be done is to get all the jobs back from China and other countries, temporarily have Public Work projects and mandatory sending of those camping out to locally based work outlet centers for the public work projects. The State has the money, the politicians are fat cat skimmers of the money, they should get off their fat asses and come up with a plan real quick, All illegal immigrants off the give away programs of free and onto work details or be deported. For those who cannot or will not work County Homes need to be set up with farm areas for them to try their hands at tilling the soil as monetary support via being farm therapy. The State should be sued to get a plan onto the streets asap. Monetary negligence being cited. The people of California have a stake in having an ongoing plan of action to deal with mounting unemployment due to having given away all the jobs to other countries while buying the foreign goods. Shame on Jerry Brown enemy of the people and the legislature his criminal gang.
There is no hope for a state that would elect something like Governor Moonbeam . Nothing will help a state that welcomes untold numbers of illegal aliens. Same goes for a nation.
