I’m sure by now many people have heard talk that the US may declare martial law and order to restore the republic. This video is to give you some hints and some ideas to prepare and hopefully I can help calm your anxiety of such a dramatic event if it did take place. There are things that you could be doing now to prepare in case something like this did happen. Also, we all have to be aware that if such an event was coming in the near future the government, because of the clandestine operation wouldn’t inform us until the operation unfolds in public.
But, I can assure you that if such event did come down the pipeline that our military has our best interest in mind and they would be conducting operation to ensure our security and for the good of the country. Note; I may not post videos for the next couple days, because of two reasons, one I want this video to remain on top of my page so people can see it and two, I may be traveling soon and I will be on the road and will not have time possibly to make new videos for a few days. Sigh. Pay attention. The writ of habeas corpus , and ex parte Milligan, give you access to a civilian court, and law for civilians. That can be suspended in case of invasion or rebellion. Constitution Article 1 section 9.
Article 1 Section 8 authorizes use of “the militia” to repel invasions and suppress rebellions. And gives Congress power over it.
The militia is defined by statute. Since 1916. It is a national force. It includes able-bodied males age 17 to 45, and female National Guard members. Such persons can be forced into service. US Code Title 10 Subtitle A Part 1 Chapter 12 .
Martial law exists all over the US, whenever the nation is at war. Traitorous Americans have been prosecuted and sentenced as enemy combatants by many Presidents, including Washington, Lincoln, and Franklin Roosevelt.
The nation has been at war since the Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF) Against Terrorists was passed by Congress and signed by president GW Bush in September, 2001.
It does not matter what cause a traitor serves. We are at war, and martial law applies to traitors. Or “can be” as Judge Kavanaugh said at his confirmation hearing.

I don’t think anything will happen in October. If anything is going to happen it will occur sometime after the November midterm elections. It is most likely to be a HUGE devastating economic event that will eventually encompass the whole world.

Martial law is unofficially brought upon you by your officials in charge. Their actions have degraded your society to that point. If any martial law is to be applied it should be against your OFFICIALS and not impugned upon its citizens.
