You are right. There is no action in foreign nations without their approval. We watch this hopium porn because we want justice and for the communists to get their asses handed to them. It seems reasonable to believe that the military is on-side with Trump during this period of uncertainty. The claim that six (out of the eight) Joint Chiefs of Staff would make it 75% support, with Gen. Milley and one other holding out. That would explain how various US Military operations are observed worldwide being active and effective. The most recent one seems to involve the huge, successful Evergreen/Suez traffic stop operation and US Navy Seals cargo inspection for child trafficking and WMD smuggling.
