These Are Not Rocks on Mars.

NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity used its right Mast Camera to image Naukluft Plateau on March 4, 2016 ( Sol 1272 ). Above photo shows finely-layered artificial stones, not natural rocks. The objects marked in the photo cannot be natural rocks, because

1) They were formed there over 3.5 billion years ago, as no natural force could have transported them there from elsewhere;

2) They are sitting on soil (green arrows);

3) Layered stones (yellow arrows) sit beside no-layer stones (red arrows).

Added on June 6, 2016: How Can This Be a Rock?

This image was taken by Mastcam: Right (MAST_RIGHT) onboard NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity on Sol 1355 (2016-05-29 08:34:29 UTC). In the red box are three different types of material in an artificial stone. If it were a rock on Mars, why couldn’t Earth have produced such rocks?
