There are many different ways to do this but today we are going to talk about only three ways which are most easy and most efficient. 

• Using a zip lock bag
• Using a sharp knife
• Getting an old ice grater or shaver

Making shaved ice using a zip lock bag

This method is one of the easiest among this list as it requires very few amounts of work, but you are recommended to keep in mind that the quality will also be not as good as some other methods mentioned here. so, let’s get started.

• Arrange a Ziplock which is watertight meaning the water will not leak out of the bag.
• Fill the bag with water up to a quarter of its capacity.
• Keep the bag in the freezer flat.
• After it is frozen using a rolling pin or a mallet you must pound up your nice and fine ice inside the bag.
• It is very easy to crush because it was frozen in a flat shape.
• Now that the ice is crushed, take the ice out of the bag and pour it in any container of your choice.
• Add some condensed milk or maybe some syrup.
• Your delicious ice shaved is now ready.

Using a fork or knife

• The first thing you should do is make an ice mold, with the use of a large square container and filling it up with water and freezing it.
• After it is frozen, take the ice out and keep it in room temperature for 4 to 5 minutes
• Thaw it out
• Take the ice out of the container and put it on a thick cloth to stop it from sliding away.
• Wear the gloves and hold the ice carefully using one hand.
• Go ahead and slice the block of ice in rapid motions.
• Stay careful while working with a knife.
• Now the shaved ice can be put into a container or a bowl.
• Add syrup or other toppings to complete the process.
• Your delicious ice shaved is now ready.

Making shaved ice using an ice shaver

As the name suggests an ice shaver is one of the most common ways by which you can make shaved ice.

• Make the ice mold, by adding water to the container and freezing it.
• Once frozen, take the container out of the fridge before keeping it on a cloth. 
• Let the ice blocks sit at room temperature for about 4 to 5 minutes
• After this drag your ice saver on the surface of the block
• Lastly, empty your ice shaver into your container
• Your delicious ice shaved is now ready
