Oxygen OS 15 brings reflection removal and more AI tricks to OnePlus phones

- OnePlus has revealed that plenty more AI features are coming to its phones thanks to the Oxygen OS 15 update.
- The new software offers AI Unblur, AI Reflection Eraser, and AI Detail Boost capabilities.
- OnePlus is also offering smarter on-device search and a handy AI Notes tool.
OnePlus phones gained a smattering of AI features earlier this year, but the company isn’t stopping there. Now, the firm has launched Oxygen OS 15, which brings even more AI-related additions.
Oxygen OS 15 has three new AI features for photos, starting with AI Unblur. As the name implies, this feature promises to reduce blur in photos. The company is also offering an AI Reflection Eraser tool, following in the footsteps of HUAWEI and Samsung. This will allow you to remove reflections and glare from photos, particularly when shooting through windows. Finally, OnePlus is offering an AI Detail Boost feature (seen below) to upscale cropped, pixelated images to 4K resolution.
