it does not blink so no airplane it is probably a satellite where the wobling is caused by refraction by the movements of atmosfere what also make blink the Stars and the light it seems to emmit by reflexion of the sun. The speed says it must be a quite loworbital satellite.
It is a light aeroplane with it’s landing lights on, to low for a satellite. But there is a shimmer in the atmosphere.
The video no longer exists so must have been tore down, anyone with another copy?
