According to www.independent.co.uk/news/science/life-on-earth-four-bil…,

photo shows carbon atoms (black areas) used by Earth life at least 3.95 billion years old. However, around the black areas, I found mammalian red blood cell remains (red arrows) and blood vessel remains (green arrows). So, they should be contaminants that were transported there at a much later age.

Added on Sept. 29, 2017: They are of the right sizes for RBC/BV.

I just found the original article in Nature journal and saw the scale bar for this photo. According to the scale bar, those red blood cell remains measure around 3.5 micrometers in diameter (see scale bar in the next photo below), just like Earth’s mammalian red blood cells. Blood vessel remains are also of the right sizes.

photo shows Earth’s chemical fossil of 3.95 billion years old.

However, red circle contains blood vessel (capillary) remains that curve, branch, form a network, and contain red blood cell remains (red arrows). Red arrows point to mammalian red blood cell remains that are contained in the transparent capillaries. The scale bar at bottom indicates they may be around 3 microns across. That is not a precise measurement, because they are out of focus. However, they are possibly of the right sizes for blood vessels and red blood cells. The right image is already described in the first image above. So, they should be contaminants that were transported there at a much later age.
