The Soul Answers…
One of the most frequently asked questions I get is about “life quests.” This is our personal crusade of looking for answers either from others or from the outside, rather than seeking the answers from within, from our very soul. Our soul is a bit like a computer, constantly absorbing information from our experiences. Every detail is time stamped and logged, as though it’s a memory imprinted on our soul. Each and every one of us has a unique soul, with our own personal histories, our own values of what is right or wrong, and most importantly our own unique way of interpreting and communicating this information. It’s the combination of all these components that makes us who we are, and defines us during our time on earth.
Yet, so many of us continue to look for answers from the outside. So the theme of this article is about looking within, and tapping into that vast database of memories, information and life experiences. It’s when you tap into this amazing ‘soul answers’ resource that you truly find the answers you’re looking for. It’s like your soul is your inner compass to keep you on track and going in the right direction.
Of course, there’s a huge trust issue here too! It’s about learning to trust yourself; to trust your own inner guidance and wisdom. When you are tackling a very personal question, why would you want someone on the outside offering their perspective on your life? No matter how close you feel they are, you are the one who ultimately has to live with the outcome.

Once you learn to listen, to trust, and to embrace your inner wisdom and soul answers, you will feel confident about yourself, and sure that you’ve made the right decision, safe in the knowledge that it was your soul that provided the answer.

It appears to me that this article does not differentiate between mind and soul. I believe there is a significant difference between the two…
The mind absorbs, processes and interprets information input by the 5 senses to produce a personal consciousness of who we are. The mind is involved with things related to the material world and it can easily become saturated with errors. For example, the same glass of water can be seen as half full by some and as half empty by others and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
There is far more to existence than can be processed by a “computer absorbing information” through the five senses then filtered through the emotions of greed, compassion, hate, love, sorrow, jealousy and joy to be come different truths imprinted on something (mind) called the soul.
We have a soul and it should be relied on to guide us, yes. But our soul is the source of a spiritual, not personal consciousness. It is our link to our Creator and to purely divine truth which holds regardless of arbitrary personal opinions or human interpretations derived through experience. Though our soul is to the Creator as a candle is to the sun, when properly understood it is the resource within that will serve us best especially if called with earnest prayer and quiet meditation to help still the ego driven, computer stored consciousness.
