Dwayne Wade Seeks Custody of Kids, Messy Battle to Ensue

Miami Heat superstar Dwayne Wade on Wednesday asked a court for custody of his two sons.
The Associated Press reports that his ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade is unfit to raise a child.
“For more than two years, I have tried to make peace with Siohvaughn concerning our divorce and custody of our kids,” said Wade in The AP report. “I no longer believe that’s possible. Siohvaughn has consistently attempted to interrupt or prevent me from having visitation time with our boys.”
He alleges that she made “threatening behavior had extramarital affairs, uses abusive parenting methods” and doesn’t let Dwayne see the kids, said the report.
She “has made it evident that she is unstable, dishonest, unbalanced, unwilling to accept responsibility for her actions, not of good character, and therefore, unfit to be a custodial parent,” said Wade via the Miami New Times.
Wade’s attorney and Siohvaughn’s attorneys have gone back and forth in custody proceeds. Siohvaughn said Dwayne abandoned the family and gave her an STF, while Dwayne said she’s basically crazy.

Wade said he wouldn’t make the world basketball championships, according to reports on Wednesday.
