Last year, TC Huddle writer Joe Buri put together a tournament of his Greatest NCAA Tournament Teams in modern day tournament history. It is an expansive look at the best teams since the tournament expanded to 64 teams in 1985. If you’re a college basketball fan, you’ll love this walk through the tournament. While this year’s Final Four is set and we await the games next week, enjoy this look at the greatest teams ever.

Joe Buri is a former high school athletic director who currently works as an attorney in corporate America. In addition to writing for TC Huddle, he also volunteers as an assistant varsity basketball coach at a local Twin Cities high school. Once dubbed “The Human Stump,” he considers holding former NBA forward Devean George to 39 points a highlight of his collegiate basketball experience.
