Recently released Lions running back Theo Riddick is scheduled to visit the Denver Broncos according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The 28-year-old Riddick has already visited the Saints as he continues his training camp tour to rustle up a roster spot after his release by the Lions over the weekend after six seasons.

Almost exclusively a third-down back, it is possible Riddick can find a fit in Denver.

The Broncos have a dynamic yound duo at running back in Phillip Lindsay and Royce Freeman but neither was particularly efficient in the passing game as rookies. Riddick caught 61 passes for 384 scoreless yards in 2018
