Re: U.S. Government corrupt employees committing despotism, discrimination, targeting, fraud, kick-backs, nepotism, etc. – So far we have the IRS, Freedom of the Press DOJ snooping, Benghazi, NSA data-mining, ObamaCare (strong-arm no-choice health insurance with fines and jail), National Guard spending thirty-million for sponsorships on wrestling and NASCAR events, government employees paid sex scandal and a host of other government departments’ corruption activities and waste, etc.

The underhanded activities of the IRS have been destroying our lives and businesses for years (for at least forty-five years). They destroyed all my family’s companies (over fifty Vahlsing companies / three of these companies were public; so they destroyed stockholders investments, besides our employees livelihood).

Actually, the IRS does not represent our U.S. Constitution, as the IRS is an unfair tax collecting system – (a “voluntary tax system” but with force is a contradiction incongruity). If it’s a “voluntary tax system” why should anyone participate?

Oppression is “mad as hell and we are not going to take it any more” …
Government employee intrusion, stalking, violence, corruption, etc. against Americans is everywhere in the USA. An individual does not have choices anymore, as their choices are limited by the U.S. government employees and their regulations. The elected that are meant to protect this nation’s Freedoms; have instead destroyed our Freedoms; they have regulated and taxed us to death to the point that the oppression in this country is in the anger phase.

A FAIR AND EQUAL TAX SYSTEM:
“We the People” need “Individual Freedoms” / the “Free Enterprise / Market System” upheld; and my TRANSACTING TAX in place -The TRANSACTION TAX is my idea that I thought about back in the early 1970’s when I was working alongside my father Fred H. Vahlsing Jr. for our family’s companies. I want to abolish all taxes at the federal level, at the State level and at the local level; and I want to put in place my TRANSACTION TAX which is the most “fairest” tax on earth. Everyone pays — No Exceptions / No Exemptions. Everyone pays on every transaction a 12% tax–including all donations to non-profits, foundations, churches, etc. (No Exceptions / No Exemptions / EVERYONE PAYS). This TRANSACTION TAX will cause the stock market manipulators to cease their manipulating market games; as they will have to pay 12% on every securities transaction. At the same time we must abolish every tax that is existent. Every time a dollar is transacted; 12% goes to the Feds; no matter what entity or who is transacting the dollar – (part of this 12% TRANSACTION TAX to be shared with each State directly using location where the initiated transaction took place). The wealthy do not want this TRANSACTION TAX as they know that they will not be able to avoid this tax and that they will be hit the hardest. That’s why when any one promotes a tax similar to my TRANSACTION TAX; the wealthy uses their leverage to stop it. But they don’t understand that in the long run the wealthy would come out ahead considerably; if they did the math they would understand this. Our economy would flourish, as the business arena using this TRANSACTION TAX system would equal the competition playing field for all enterprises (new and established).

The IRS must be shut down and my TRANSACTION TAX system put in place. We must abolish every tax that is existent (the U.S. Congress must stop the States and local governments from creating any kind of taxation including property tax). All existing taxes must be abolished at the federal level, State level and local level and put in place my TRANSACTION TAX system. Do the math on this. At some point the 12% could be dropped down to 8% or 5% because this TRANSACTION TAX system will increase “supply and demand” in the market.

The U.S. Congress must stop the States and Local governments from collecting any type of tax. I will list a few here – such as property tax and special assessment tax, sales tax, profession license tax, business taxes and fees of any kind (franchise taxes, etc.), vehicle reg. tax, driver license tax, CDL license tax, tractor-trailer taxes, shipping taxes, building permits taxes and fees, assorted fuel taxes, oil tax, pollution tax, utility tax, water tax, sewer tax, communications tax, carbon tax, farm animals and pet taxes, all special and excise taxes (including cigarette excise; estate; bank franchise; insurance franchise; ore; energy mineral severance; coin operated laundromat license fees; beer, wine and distilled spirits; gaming excise; beer and liquor license fees; and alcohol beverage brand registration fees), capital gains tax, heritance tax, j-walking tax, “?THE FANNY TAX?”, including and not limited to a million or more hidden illegal taxes, fees and fines, etc., etc….

Do the math – if you shut down the IRS tomorrow and fired every IRS employee, what would that cost saving be? ($ about ten to twelve-billion in savings?) …
We the People are powerful in numbers. Shut the IRS down now.

…These IRS, Treasury, and IG bureaucrats with their bloated paychecks is disgusting considering we have over 40,000,000 Americans living below the poverty line and are dirt poor, scratching the bottom of the purse to buy food. These bureaucrats annual pay shouldn’t be over $40,000 for what they do. Government employees are causing inflation. The private sector cannot keep up with this government’s bloated salaries. The U.S. Congress needs to cut the annual pay for all government workers down to $40,000 and below to save on overall government expenditures and to compete with the private sector.

IRS employee bonus over $25,000 must be approved by the president. …All government employees salary are frozen (no bonus). Why are IRS employees getting bonuses on top of their bloated paychecks???? Stop this bonus craziness. For God’s sake; they’re government employees, they work for the taxpayer.

No private sector corporation would spend $50,000,000 for employee conventions. IRS employees had a big time ball on taxpayer monies. No federal department, nor federal employee should be wasting taxpayer monies on conferences / conventions / special goodies / sponsorships / advertising, etc. If you need to educate an employee for a position; send the individual to a school. All IRS employees should be CPAs anyway. These IRS employees are unqualified / incompetent; and their arrogance extravagance indulgence is disgusting when we have over 40,000,000 Americans in the private sector living below the poverty line. The IRS employees are evil corrupt mobsters eating Americans out of house and home.

IRS new commissioner Danny Werfel is already showing us a delay procrastinated personality. He is also unqualified to run a large organization. We should hire Donald Trump to run the IRS; he would fire instantly all corrupt employees. Also, where are the accounting books? The IRS needs to have a CPA financial audit of every penny documented. It is obvious that our U.S. Congress must start prosecuting procedures right away to get to truth. Somebody in the IRS must be skimming and channeling money for their self-interest. And having J. Russell George to oversee an investigation of the illegal acts of these government employees is really non-sense; as he is investigating himself too of wrongdoing. He has been hanging on and dragging out time on this targeting issue way to long and nothing was resolved. …And IRS, Treasury and the IG having “collective bargaining” meetings during this discrimination and targeting activity; and during the inquiry audits of the IRS by the IG. – What was that all about? You need an independent investigative team to expose all government employees involved; so they can be brought in for criminal charges. It is obvious that J. Russell George’s Treasury /IRS relationship is too close for him to be able to perform an independent criminal investigation of all government employees involved. He is already showing signs of long-drawn-out incompetency and not delivering precise investigative information. Making “inquiries” / “audit” is “hum drum” not investigating.

IRS employees with certain political views and self interests have been using their job for discrimination and targeting; “the proof is in the pudding”. The IRS, Treasury, and other federal departments (White House, FBI, ATF, EPA, etc.) are all connected to this illegal behavior to promote their views and cause disruption to people’s lives that disagree with their views. It’s a spiders’ web of government corruption.

Our U.S. Congress has the power. You need an independent investigative team chosen by our U.S. Congress to expose all government employees involved; so they can be brought in for criminal charges. Also investigate if any employee friends / family “nepotism” / “kick-backs” / “fraud” within the IRS and private contracts. The IRS must be completely investigated by our U.S. Congress and all the criminals involved rounded up. And let’s ask about all the TAX-EXEMPT orgs’ that the White House and their associates are interconnected to. Who are their donors? Some of these orgs might be receiving kick-backs from foreigners that the U.S. has been giving money support to (these foreigners and/or their countries).

Remember that local governments have been sued for big bucks over a government employee’s discrimination treatment using disparage words at someone. This IRS discrimination activity against many Americans goes far beyond disparage words.

The corrupt IRS employees are using privacy issues “Regulation 6103” and their Unions to hide certain information about employees to be obtained promptly for the public (taxpayers). Our U.S. Congress should vote on a new Bill to abolish this “Regulation 6103” and their Unions so the investigation can move swiftly forward to get to the truth. Government employees should not be allowed to form Unions, as they work for the taxpayer and should have no special rights or immunities from prosecution; and actually a government employee should be treated more severe then someone working in the private sector so that the taxpayer can get immediate criminal investigative results and satisfaction.

There is another “Regulation” that Holder of U.S. Dept of Justice is using to cover up the scandal to spy on journalists, the Benghazi scandal, etc., etc. and to cause delay and to prolong the investigations. This “Regulation” must be abolished also.

No more appropriations for all government departments and agencies until a CPA financial audit by private CPA firms document every penny to uncover all the waste, kickbacks, fraud throughout our government. Our U.S. Congress must down-size government by lay-offs, lower salaries, lowering overall costs, waste, fraud.

A microscopic financial audit with a large team of private CPAs is a must to undercover all the waste, kickbacks, fraud in our military departments is essential before any more appropriations. Done right this financial audit will not encumber our folks in the field.

I wish our U.S. Congress would take time and do the true mathematics before jumping on, pushing and passing non-sense bills through. …ObamaCare (strong-arm no-choice health insurance with fines and jail) is one of the many mistakes and bloopers that our U.S. Congress has made. This bill treads heavily on freedom and “freedom to choose”. Expect many lawsuits from this blooper. If our U.S. Congress would like to help the disadvantaged, expand Medicaid.

I wish our U.S. Congress would take time and analyze if a proposed law is Constitutional before jumping on, pushing and passing non-sense un-Constitutional bills through. If you have good common sense about freedom and equality you would comprehend that most laws on the books are un-Constitutional and do not represent freedom, equality or our Free Enterprise / Market System. …and please realize that all stock exchanges are nothing more than high-roller gambling casinos and must be treated as such. Do not help them out. The Markets are always volatile, precocious and acceptable and are well-known for winners and losers daily. The exchanges must regulate themselves and respond to all their own liabilities that are the result of their securities exchange enterprise. In essence leave the Free Enterprise / Market System alone; and allow arguments to be settled in a proper setting, before a jury, resolve precedence.

To combat government corruption we must hire “mystery shoppers” to do surveillance on government employees besides having all their offices outfitted with surveillance cameras for all Americans to view.

Americans would love to hear from thousands of government employee whistleblowers disclosures. Edward Snowden is a hero, a true patriot to our U.S. Constitution and its freedoms that it protects. It is obvious that many of our government employees have been using their jobs for substantial corruption throughout the years. It’s all about money and deranged power.

Thirteen billion dollar NSA data-mining / overall surveillance is unconstitutional. It’s a way to steal trade secrets, inventions, creative ideas, scientific experiments and discoveries, future information about mergers that are in private discussion, advance information on securities before press releases, political speech, donation transactions and other transactions, etc., etc.; and this data-mining can be used for targeting, blackmail and identity-theft. Our U.S. Congress must stop all financing for this NSA data-mining / overall surveillance and shut this activity down immediately. Using thirteen billion taxpayer monies to spy on Americans is un-Constitutional and the criminals must be brought in for these crimes. All private contract bids connected to this NSA must be investigated to learn the flow of money, kickbacks, fraud. The secret FISA courts must be abolished.

When one person has a secret it is stealthy. When you have 1.4 million people sharing that secret it is no longer a secret. If you believe that1.4 million people can keep a secret; …you don’t know natural human behavior.

NSA data-mining director Alexander said it helped prevent dozens of terrorist events… Well, prove your statement to the American people and show & tell us about WHO, WHAT and WHERE; and name the trial dates and convictions of the terrorists that you caught from this thirteen billion taxpayer dollar data-mining. Terrorist aren’t that dumb; I would think that they would use throw-away phones, cb-radios, pay-phones, borrowed and/or stolen computers and other stolen equipment, hacking router software, etc.; besides stealing peoples identity information to carry out their meaningless lowlife activities. …Also we need to know how many American lives did Alexander actually save? We want to know what thirteen billion taxpayer dollars bought us; besides putting Americans in an up roar over their privacy being invaded by paranoid government lunatics that like to spend taxpayer monies like water. Disgusting, gross, unguided use of taxpayer monies.

Thirteen billion taxpayer dollars could have bought some aid and comfort to the homeless, to the poverty and to our Vets and help expand Medicaid.

NSA says that they are only interested in foreign phone calls incoming to the USA. Well, “Wall Street” alone must get millions of foreign phone calls daily during Stock Exchange hours from investors. Are we to believe that all of these foreign phone calls are being dissected and put through the FISA courts? Can you imagine the large amounts of money on top of the thirteen billion taxpayer dollars that this is costing the taxpayer for this paranoid non-sense?

What we should do is … instead of building a wall; we should build a high-speed monorail to run from the Pacific Ocean along the U.S. / Mexico border to the Gulf of Mexico. The monorail structure would have all the security technology built into it to secure the border. We have to ask why do foreigners sneak into our country when they can use the proper VISA channels to visit and/or work in our country.

Drones are just unmanned aerial vehicles and part of the weapons’ arsenal machinery of the military, as like Apache assault helicopters, tanks, etc… Human error and/or inaccuracy can happen in all forms during war deployments of any machinery. Drones are an advantage for surgical operations. Taxpayer savings in military equipment could be had if there was a more competitive marketplace for these future creations.

No peoples want to create a major war for their country to destroy their history, their infrastructure, their life. But when you have a head honcho running over its citizens with perdurable violence; and then you also have violent terrorist gangs that are fantasizing overthrowing the existing leader to become head honcho themselves, you better walk lightly in this issue. Do not provide Syria with any weapons. You want to disarm Syria completely. You want to stop all future weapons from going into Syria.
First…Bring EU, Israel, Russia and all allies for a “serious” weeklong relaxed discussion at a location together.
Inquire to each country these questions:
What are you gaining from Syria now that is beneficial to you (dollars or goods or both or other)?
What would you like to gain from Syria in the future for you (dollars or goods or both or other)?
How can we replace your beneficial position that you have going with Syria; with the same (similar) deals / commodity from some other country or entity so that your beneficial flow would not change and might even be greater than the deals that you have with Syria during this wartime transition?
…If you can successfully stop future weapons from entering the country you will limit the advantage of the oppressor, hopefully.
… You might want to get everyone to agree at this meeting about annexing Syria into a new county and under the control and oversight of the EU, Israel, Russia and all of the allies together in a partnership contract to bring about peace in the area and to encourage a melting pot culture of freedom. You do not want have a religious fanatic elected as a new leader. So the new leader should be appointed by a vote from all the counties involved in this annexing partnership. Appoint a Frenchman for the first new leader might be a good choice. The annexing partnership will create a new name for this country; and draw up the new Constitution for this new country. The Constitution should include two year term limits whereas a new leader is appointed by the annexing partnership every two years. It is important that countries that have financial arrangements with Syria and that are benefiting can continue to generate that same financial gain without the involvement of weapons and can bring about similar financial gain from another avenue or entity. I would think the only reason someone (country) would sell weapons to Syria is because of benefiting financially. So it is important that country that is benefiting financially now from Syria will not lose that financial position through a swap or replacement (dollars or goods or both or other).

Americans are asking our U.S. Congress to inhale deeply; and then to exhale slowly; and then to step back and look over the convoluted mess you made on your watch. We don’t care what State voted for you; because you represent all Americans from sea to shining sea. Everything you do up on the hill affects all Americans and their ability to prosper, to live in comfort, to create happiness in their lives. It would benefit all if our U.S. Congress would reach out to all Americans; and stop limiting their email connections to their State. Americans would like to make their views heard to some of the members of Congress that are overseeing the many hearings that aren’t from their State. Our U.S. Congress should not want to segregate themselves from all Americans; unless they are into nepotism with certain persons from their State for self-interest intentions. So why don’t all of the members on the Congressional hill provide a public email on your websites like Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail so that you can read the feelings of many Americans.

U.S. Government employees whether elected, appointed or hired must cherish and abide our U.S. Constitution and the freedoms that it protects 100% percent. Anyone that presents an exempt to tread heavily on any freedom must be punished.
