The Great Mixer Debate – Bosch vs. WonderMix

Have you ever wondered which stand mixer is best? I actually own all three of the big ones and use them for different things. My Kitchenaid is great for cookies and I love the pasta attachment on it. My Bosch I use for BIG batches of bread, as well as for things like shredding chicken and mashing potatoes. The WonderMix is smaller and I find myself pulling it out a lot for smaller baking projects when I’m in a hurry. I’m assuming you all won’t be buying all of them so I wanted to do a little test to see side by side which mixer performs better for bread.

The way the Kitchenaid is made I have already discovered I do not like using it for bread, so I did a little video just comparing the WonderMix and the Bosch as I made thanksgiving rolls this year. They are both on sale for Cyber Monday so now hopefully you can have an idea of which one YOU might want to grab for your own kitchens!

Make sure to watch the photobombing by my six year old, I totally didn’t notice her pulling the funny faces while we were recording. Also Julie makes a cameo in the taste test part, yay! And the results are at the end of the video. You may just be surprised!
