To arm Poland which shares a border with Russia with a nuclear weapon that is a breach of international law that would further escalate tensions concerning a possible conflict. I wouldn’t do it. what a huge mistake that would be.

I know this is going to sound really stupid, based on everything you and we are seeing, neverthless….
Legend has it, that back in 1953, Incoming President Eisenhower in a meeting with his military and financial advisers, looking over the economic mess that outgoing President Turman left for them, floated — what Grandson David Eisenhower relayed in a recent story — an “idea balloon” to his advisers that basically said, “Why don’t we back the money, on the missiles?”
Maybe it was a foolish idea on Ike’s part to even suggest it, because his Military and Financial advisers shot his “Idea Balloon” down, faster than the AAF did that UFO over Roswell, NM, back in 1947. But then again… maybe not!
Now, had IKE suggested that we figure out a way to have the RUSSIANS do it first, then his “idea balloon” might have had better traction, at least with his advisers, to give it some more thought…but Ike didn’t.
Perhaps Ike was looking at “The Bomb” as a substitute for GOLD.
(Never mind the idea Former President Woodrow Wilson closed up the Grand Canyon, turning it into a National Park, SPECIFICALLY because of the fear that Gold found there would drop the Gold’s price down to not-worth-mining prices.) the “substitute” for Gold, in the form of NUKES (and their delivery systems) in the hands of the Government’s Military, would keep the Dollar Stable against inflation, no matter what the Federal Reserve Does. MAYBE had IKE been able to put that out to his advisers FASTER, his advisers would not have balked. But they did.

Now the reason WHY I know this story, was because I found it thumbing through a book at Barnes and Noble, a few years ago, called “Odd Facts about the Presidents,” and this was where I found David Eisenhower’s story about his Grandpop. I didn’t have enough money to buy the book then. I came back a year later, when I DID have the money, and found that book again, (New edition, maybe) and found that little story by David Eisenhower to NOT BE THERE IN THAT BOOK. DAMN! I should have bought that book the year before…. but I didn’t.
And I was beginning to think maybe I dreamt the whole damn thing up. BUT I KNOW I DIDN’T….IT WAS THERE.
Because of THAT STORY… that I read, it put a whole different perspective on IRAN, North Korea, and I guess now, POLAND to some extent…
What happens if THEY got their hands on that edition of THAT BOOK, and read THAT STORY, and went, “Hmmmmmmm…….”
We know GOLD Prices are manipulated by the same folks that own the FedRsv. But they cannot manipulate Prices of NUCLEAR WEAPONS. at least… not very easily with paper contracts and all, like they can precious metals and gems.
And if the Governments can get price fluctuations out of the hands of speculators and bankers, the Governments control their nations future, not the speculators and bankers. Right? Wouldn’t nuclear Weapons as a substitute for Gold be a way for them to do just that?
A Nation’s Currency, is an expression of their LAW. Whether it’s GOLD COINS, or Paper Money, or even ELECTRONIC specie therof, right down to the lowly PENNY… people hold pieces of LAW to circulate around that nation’s Economy.
A Nuclear Weapon, then, is viewed as the ULTIMATE EXPRESSION of that Nation’s LAW ENFORECEMENT.
Yes, I know… Used as designed… only the roaches will know for sure which Nation won, because we wouldn’t be here anymore… but it’s the THREAT of USAGE, that holds sway…. the SIZZLE instead of the actual “steak,” so to speak. Once the steak is ate up…. there’s no steak anymore, so…no more Sizzle….
So, the question becomes… how do you back a currency on the FEAR of the Mushroom cloud?
I can’t answer that yet….
