John Kerry offers potatoes to the Russians

A Russian fur hat, and a pink carnation…

Oh, those silly diplomats.

Russia Today reports:

Attempts to alleviate moods before the upcoming peace conference on Syria were aided by potatoes and a flappy fur hat, as Russia and the US exchanged funny gifts ahead of the historic talks.

To lighten the mood before discussing how best to implement the New World Order in Syria, Kerry offered a pair of—no doubt—GMO potatoes. In exchange for this luxury, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov offered a present described as:

a pink ‘ushanka’ (a Russian fur hat with long ear-flaps), in baby-pink and complete with a red star at the front.

You might remember in Senate hearings, Kerry offered a disparaging picture of Vietnam veterans who were sent to do a job by Democratic administrations.

Just a silly guy working with the United Nations to destroy your rights through U.N. treaties.
