Conditioning for the Police State – Guns to Guitars

Another sad, but increasingly common example of the Police State we’re being conditioned for living in. Every American, regardless of party affiliation, should take astute notice of this.

Feds raid gun parts store despite court order

SAN DIEGO – With a search warrant in hand, federal agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives confiscated computers, customer lists and the questionable polymer 80 percent lower receivers from four Ares Armor store locations throughout San Diego County over the weekend.

“There were women and children inside our retail establishment when the (ATF) agents came in with guns drawn,” said Ares Armor Executive Officer Dimitrios Karras. “They came into our firearms manufacturing facility saying, ‘Arms up!’  like they were invading Iraq.”

Especially how the Federal Agency (BATFE) ignored a Court order, and performed an armed raid on a gun store, during which computers and customers’ personal information was taken. Then, according to the owner, the agents claimed no one would know about them taking the information.

Will it be National news? Doubtful. Will it generate an uprising? No. Will anything be done about it? Wouldn’t hold my breath. Will it happen again? Count on it… maybe to you.

You may recall a similar incident a couple years back, when the Gibson guitar factory in Nashville, Tennessee, was the subject of a second armed raid by federal agents from the Dept. of the Interior, searching for illegally harvested/imported… WOOD! It would be funny if it weren’t so darn serious. (Actually, Gibson had a sense of humor, albeit terse, about the whole incident – after their wood was returned, they produced a line of “Government Issue” guitars to commemorate the idiocy… the guitars were finished in olive drab and gunmetal gray, of course)

Jokes aside, there’s a clear pattern of abuse here folks… the very first duty of government is to secure our Rights. Not hold us at gunpoint, collect our personal information, then make up a reason why.
