The woke Army?

We may actually speak of several “Woke” armies, of course. There are the masses who are cannon-fodder for the Woke politicians, academics, celebrities, and media who seek to deep-six American society, culture, and tradition. And for that matter, the world’s society and economy. Apparently all with the goal of a new world order in which a fraction of 1% of human population either has disposed of, or enslaved (covertly, of course), the remaining 99+% of humanity.

Or we speak of the United States Army, as a Woke institution, in which “diversity, inclusivity, and equity” (DIE – intentionally changed from DEI by us here at TPOL to reflect its true nature) is the primary mission of the political and military leadership. (If we can even call them “military” anymore.)

(Of course, we must note that ALL of DoD, like other federal agencies, is Woke. Witness daily the reports from both outside and inside the Forces, at all levels and in all locations. But today, let us talk about the Army: the Ground Forces.)

Woke Damage

“We are not a ‘woke’ Army. We are a ready Army,” Secretary of the Army Christine Wormuth said June 7 in an MSNBC interview about recruiting challenges. “We are certainly more ready than the Russian army.”

What to Watch: Wormuth said she worries the “constant drumbeat” of criticism that the U.S. Army is weakened by diversity, equity and equality programs “is a little bit of a negative drip, drip, drip that is undermining our recruiting at a time where we really cannot afford that.”

Well, it is so refreshing to know that we are “more ready” than the Russian Army. But at least the Russian Army has some success on the battlefield, and has survived more than a year of the most intense and brutal conflict since the Korean War (for the US) and perhaps worldwide since the Iraq-Iran War in the 1980s. (Although we can point out the war in Yemen may be close.)

But since when did the standard for the US Army become the Russian Army? SecArmy is, like virtually every appointment of the Biden regime, both Woke and incompetent. She is a liar talking to liars (the mainstream media).

If the US Army is “ready” it is in spite of the prevailing wokeness sucking up time, dollars, and people. Destroying the military history and principles which are essential for military success. Developing, supporting, and expanding a military force made up more and more of whingers, victims, and bureaucrats in and out of uniform who exist to increase their own influence (power) and wealth. Who seem unable (and certainly unwilling) to understand their oaths of office and their obligations to defend and protect the Constitution of these United States, and therefore the people, land, and wealth that make up the Fifty States.

And all this has been and is being done without a formal system of political officers or commissars – unlike the Soviet and National Socialist models. Models, we point out, which ultimately failed to ensure victorious armies and thus led to the destruction of the nations they served – not just the political system.

The SecArmy is right in one thing: recruiting is being undermined and the FedGov (and the Fifty States) cannot afford that. But the cause is not the mainstream media, or the alternative media, or freedom and liberty lovers. The cause is the Biden regime, the deep state, and the polluted corruption of both the civilian and military leadership in DC, the Pentagon, and their bosses in media and academia.

That drill instructions and line NCOs and junior officers (all themselves the products of corrupted systems of training and education and the constant propaganda of political correctness) can even have an Army that functions at all is nearly miraculous. And as time goes on (measured in months, not years) this part will also become incompetent and incapable of carrying out its real mission.

Until, as happened with the Russians, as happened with the French in WW2, as happened with dozens if not hundreds of other military forces throughout history, the United States Army will be massively defeated in some totally unexpected way. Unexpected by the public, the media, and of course, their masters in DC. Not just a withdrawal from Vietnam, or a retreat to the Pusan perimeter, or a final campaign and surrender at Appomattax type defeat. But one which in turn destroys the Constitution and the nation.

We can only pray that it is a defeat against an internal, American force. A force of liberty. And not a force of still greater tyranny.
