Time for Action!

My fellow citizens of the United States of America,

It is time for action and for We the People of the United States to take back America.  Amendment X of the Bill of Rights and of the Constitution of the United States is quoted as follows:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

As long as the Constitution of the United States and the associated Bill of Rights exist, the ultimate power resides in the hands of the people—and that is each and every one of us citizens of these the United States.  In modern times, the individual articles, sections, and amendments of the Constitution have been misinterpreted and bastardized by Progressives in the lower courts and in the Supreme Court of the United States.  Some judges in the lower courts and justices of the Supreme Court have legislated from the bench and have established bizarre interpretations of the highest law of the land.  That must stop now.

The three branches of government have lost touch of what separation of powers means.  The three branches no longer balance out each other’s power through checks and balances when one branch overreaches and tramples on the Constitution.  That too must stop now.  The press of the United States has relinquished its duty and responsibility to protect the people by keeping all of the three branches of government honest and in keeping with the tenets of the Constitution of the United States.  Amendment I provides for freedom of the press.  However, these days, it appears that we need freedom from the press, not freedom of the press.

The Progressives in Congress and the current Obama administration have failed to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, by violating many of its articles, sections, and amendments.  That must stop now!  They have bastardized our representative republic by transforming it into a socialistic state.  They have far overreached and exercised powers not delegated to them by the Constitution, by the States, or by We the People.  These unconstitutional actions cannot stand.  Since the 111^thlame-duck Congress has demonstrated that they represent a government run amuck, We the People must take action and take our country back.

We will peaceably assemble as we did as taxed enough already (TEA) parties in cities throughout the United States and at the United States Capital in Washington, DC.  We will work through the courts as long as the courts adhere to the tenets of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.  We will again vote out corrupt politicians at the next election on November 6, 2012.  We will obey the law as long as the law is exercised fairly by what appears to be a corrupt Department of Justice and Attorney General of the United States.  We will do everything in accordance with the Constitution of the United States.  However, if the federal government continues to overreach and assume powers not delegated to it by the Constitution, the States, and the people, then all bets are off.

We the People still reserve the right to oppose the errant, out-of-control judicial, legislative, and executive branches of government.  We maintain the right to hold a Constitutional Convention.  We maintain the right to cause each of our States to secede from the Union and to form individual nations.  We maintain the right to form militias and to revolt against the Union should the errant, corrupt federal government destroy the Constitution of the United States and to form, instead, a North American Union (NAU) and/or a New World Order (NWO) with a one-world government.  We maintain the right to bring the enemies within, un-American traitors, and a corrupt president of the United States (POTUS) to justice through impeachment, trial, conviction, and execution for committing treason and other high crimes and misdemeanors.  It is time for action, people.  The time is now.

Let this written article be a warning to those Progressives who work daily to destroy our great United States of America.  We have taken all of the garbage that has been dished out to us for too long.  Enough is enough!  We cannot take it any longer.  We will not stand aside should the federal government attempt to do as they are currently doing, which is to remove our First, Second, and Fourth Amendment rights.  That condition will no longer be tolerated by a patient American people.  We shall rise up, stand, and be counted.  We shall demand and expect all elected and appointed officials in the federal government to be responsive to the voice of the people.  If not, we are free to exercise our God-given rights as We the People to alter the government that we have the ultimate power to alter and to reform it in line with our beloved, inspired Constitution of the United States—so help us God!  To that end—so let it be written; so let it be done.
