Is Obama’s New Press Secretary a Gibbs, Jr?

Jay Carney made his debut this week as the new Press Secretary for our Obamanation. And boy am I completely underwhelmed!
At first glance, he looks like a 17 year old kid wearing his daddy’s suit to talk at a high school debate. He looks awkward and uncomfortable – which, I guess is unsurprising, considering the hot seat… er, podium he occupies. He should be used to uncomfortable situations, considering the fact that he’s been the Director of Communications to Vice President Unca Joe Biden since December 15, 2008. Not bad for a kid, eh? Okay, okay, he’s not really a kid – he’s 46 years old. He just LOOKS like a kid. And he sounds pretty much like one too, complete with all of the ummms and uhhhhs.
Again, I guess that is not that surprising. If I had to answer any questions about anything this president does or says, I would say Ummmmm and Uhhhhhh a lot, too. (I’d probably add some “hacks” and “spits” and maybe a couple of “barfs” in there, as well)…
