 Anti-2nd Amendment Resolution Shot Down – Liberty Prevails in Rhode Island Once Again!

May 16th, 2019 Mothers Demand Action attempt to push an Unconstitutional resolution in the City of Cranston, Rhode Island that would enact banning semi-automatic weapons, high capacity magazines and restricting law abiding citizens with concealed firearm permits from going any where near a school within 300 feet. 

It was shot down by the Cranston City Council in a 5-3 vote disapproving the draconian gun measures that blatantly violate both the Rhode Island and United States Constitution’s Bill of Rights for the People’s right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. 

Almost 40 gun rights activist took the defense and testified against about a dozen Mom’s Demand Action anti-gun Activists.  Mom’s Demand Action has failed to pass these draconian measures through the state, now they are attempting to pass them in cities trying to counter gun activists turning half the state into 2nd Amendment sanctuaries.
