WHO Treaty Gives WHO Power Over More Than Healthcare

About that World Health Treaty.  It’s not just about healthcare, not that they should have a say so in the first place.

In case you missed it, the World Health Organization (WHO) pandemic treaty, once the language is finalized, will put in motion a world-wide China-style medical police state during declared “pandemics”. Not surprisingly, Joe “Beijing” Biden intends to sign this garbage treaty as soon as the language is finalized. Many are sounding the alarm on this treaty, such as Dr. Francis Boyle, James Roguski, and Mike Adams. Their analyses of the treaty have been excellent and their warnings fierce. But, what does the Constitution for the united States of America declare about treaties?

Article I, Section 8, clause 2 of the Constitution for the united States of America authorizes Congress the power to “regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian tribes”. So, when concerning entities outside of the united States of America, treaties are limited to foreign nations for regulating commerce – nothing more. As a point of education, most of the powers authorized to Congress by the Constitution for the united States of America are contained in Article I, Section 8. Where in Article I, Section 8 does the Constitution grant authority to Congress over health care, pandemics, health, or medical decisions/treatment/procedures? It isn’t there.

In Article II, Section 2, clause 2 of the Constitution for the united States of America, the president “shall have the power to, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur; ….” The president is authorized the power to make treaties by and with the advice and consent of the Senate when two-thirds of the Senators present concur. However, the treaty still has to conform to the Constitution (Article I, Section 8, clause 2). Since the Constitution does not authorize the president or Congress to make treaties with “global non-governmental organizations”, any treaty signed by the president, with consent of the Senate, is null and void per the “supreme law of the land” – The Constitution for the united States of America. Moreover, the Constitution does not authorize power over health, health care, health care management, medical care, medical management or medical treatment of any illness, disease or “wellness” to Congress. Those powers remain with the States and the people (Amendment Ten of the Constitution for the united States of America). And, the individual retains control over their own bodily integrity, health care decisions, medical treatment, privacy, and a host of other God-given individual unalienable rights as recognized, guaranteed, and protected by Amendment Nine of the Constitution for the united States of America. And, Article VI, clause 2, states, “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; ….” Remember, the Constitution limits the authority of the government (United States) and treaties only become the supreme law of the land when those treaties conform to the Constitution.

Just like the USMCA agreement, this WHO pandemic treaty violates our Constitution and establishes global governance of health care management and medical management of “pandemics” to a global non-governmental organization.

Publius Huldah, aka Joanna Martin, constitutional expert and lawyer, addressed this overreach when she outlined the problems with the USMCA with her analysis, “The USMCA ‘Trade Agreement’ violates our Constitution and sets up Global Government”. All one has to do is read her summary of objections to the USMCA agreement, substitute “WHO”, and it is clear that our Constitution does not authorize the president or Congress to enter into a treaty with a global “governing” body.

Ms. Publius wrote:

Our Constitution and Declaration of Independence are the “organic law” of our Land. ³ Treaties (and other Agreements made with foreign nations or global governmental organizations), like Acts of Congress, hold a lesser status: they are part of “the supreme Law of the Land” only when they are authorized by “organic law” – our Constitution (Art. VI, cl.2). ⁴

While the United States is clearly authorized by Art. I, §8, cl. 3 & Art. II, §2, cl. 2, US Constit., to enter into Treaties with foreign Nations addressing Commerce; ⁵ the United States may not lawfully transfer to global or multi-national bodies, powers which “WE THE PEOPLE” delegated to our federal government when We ratified our Constitution. But that is what the USMCA Agreement purports to do.

In the case of the WHO pandemic treaty, the power that is being transferred, unlawfully, rests with the States and/or the people. The federal government is not authorized to transfer the powers of the States nor the “rights of the people” to any foreign nations, global, or multi-national non-governmental organization or entity. This is also a violation of Amendments Nine and Ten of the Constitution for the united States of America. Moreover, the people did not authorize the government to meddle in health matters of the people; therefore, it has no power to transfer that authority to another entity.

Even worse, the USMCA Agreement also purports to delegate to global or multi-national bodies powers which We never delegated to our federal government – but reserved to the States or the people.

Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution for the united States of America guarantees to each sovereign State a republican form of government. Yet, the WHO treaty, like the USMCA, removes the sovereignty of each State and places it under the WHO where the tenets of the treaty are concerned.

The USMCA Agreement establishes a bureaucratic multi-national government which is to control all aspects of commerce and to which the United States, Mexico and Canada will be subject.

Under the WHO treaty, just like the USMCA, there will be a bureaucratic multi-national governing body/bodies that will be in control of healthcare as well as other areas of life.

The WHO pandemic treaty establishes the WHO as the global authority over health regarding “pandemics”; but, this treaty also states, “The WHO CA+ will be guided by the aim of achieving universal health coverage, for which strong and resilient health systems are of key importance, as a fundamental aspect of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals through promoting health and well-being for all at all ages”. (Page 13, number 15) As you can see, this treaty doesn’t limit the WHO just to pandemics, but it allows it to direct the establishment of “universal health coverage” for achieving the UN SDGs for all at all ages.

Moreover, Chapter III of this treaty places the WHO over a global supply chain and logistics network for “pandemic response” using means to achieve “equity” through technology. And, the WHO will assume authority for “strengthening and sustaining a skilled and competent health care workforce.” (Page 20, Article 11). This leads to a global public health emergency workforce. It also creates a protection of employment for these “skilled and competent health care” workers.

If this wasn’t bad enough, this treaty establishes a “Ministry of Truth” that would “tackle false, misleading, misinformation and disinformation” while strengthening “research into the behavioural barriers and drivers of adherence to public health measures, confidence and uptake of vaccines, use of therapeutics and trust in science and government institutions.” (Page 24, Article 16, items 1 and 2f) Prepare for more “pandemic” simulations through “tabletop exercises” as well as other simulations (Page 21, Article 12) and the “warp speed” development of emergency drugs and “vaccines” (Pages 15-16, Article 7). For good measure, the WHO CA+ proposes to “optimize consumption” of “new medicines, diagnostic tools, vaccines, and other interventions, ….” (Page 25, Article 17, Section 2d)

To do all of this, the WHO needs financing – no surprise there – which means the American taxpayer will be on the hook to foot the majority of the bill, as we do now, for these global organizations to establish dominion over sovereign nations and peoples. (Page 25, Chapter VI) While the treaty designates “each Party” to “strengthen and prioritize domestic financing”, the WHO will need additional financing to establish its “centralized” control over world health entities, as is covered in Chapter VII, Articles 19 and 22.

Remember, the model for pandemic response is China.

It gets even worse. In Article 17, the treaty provides for the “parties” to measure “to identify and integrate into relevant pandemic prevention and preparedness plans, drivers for the emergence of disease at the human–animal environment interface, including but not limited to climate change, land use change, wildlife trade, desertification and antimicrobial resistance; ….” [Emphasis mine.] Basically, this treaty places control over environment, land use, wildlife, and climate change under the WHO, as well as human-animal interface. Notice that wildlife is separate, meaning the human-animal environment means food animals, pets, and other domesticated animals – goats, sheep, llamas, alpacas, etc. – all under some kind of “health” initiative geared toward pandemics.

Take note that many terms are not defined and some are not even mentioned. Undefined terms include “pandemic”, “preparedness”, “response”, “prevention”, “pandemic response products”, “equity”, “public health” and “recovery”. Terms missing are “doctor”, “early treatment”, “natural medicine”, “vitamins”, “herbs”, “essential medicines”, “nurse”, “pharmacist”, “nutrition”, etc.

This treaty is not about health, pandemics or anything else one would think involving health. This treaty is about placing all nations under the control of the WHO using health care and pandemics as the ruse. So, what are we to do?

First, the health care professionals – doctors, nurses, pharmacists, aides, etc. – must ditch their idolatry of the WHO, the CDC, DHS, CMS, NIH, NIAID, all medical and physicians’ organizations, and any other global and/or domestic agencies/organizations that pertain to “health”, including supposed public health agencies at the State level. These same professionals must ditch their idolatry of any “official” involved with any of these agencies.

Second, the health care professionals must return to the time-honored tradition of health care to include natural medicine, herbs, vitamins, deficiency corrections, early treatment, nutrition, and allopathic medicine to correct defects, injuries, and malfunctions. It’s time to cease the “pill for everything” mentality and injecting poisons into the body that have never been proven to stop disease, stop transmission, be safe and/or effective.

Third, the people must be involved in their own healthcare, without placing blind trust in the medical/pharmaceutical/health establishment. All along, people should have been asking questions, thinking critically, and advocating strongly for their bodily integrity, their right to make decisions regarding their own health, and refuse unnecessary testing and treatments.

Fourth – very important – the people must resist and refuse to comply with these measures should this treaty be signed by Beijing Biden and approved by two-thirds of Senators present. This means refusing to acquiesce to any mandate, recommendations, or suggestions from anywhere, including their own physicians when those physicians follow any national or international dictate.

Fifth, the people must demand personalized medicine based on their unique physiology, financial means, and cultural/religious beliefs.

Sixth, the people must refuse to accept any more dictates from domestic health agencies (CMS, CDC, NIH, NIAID, DHS, etc.) and State public health agencies. It’s time to reassert the right of determining our health care needs and treatments per the Ninth Amendment of the Constitution for the united States of America.

Seventh, the agents of the state, aka law enforcement, must stand with the people. After all, this affects them, their families, and friends as well.

Eighth, the people must conquer their fear. The people cannot allow government, the Operation Mockingbird media, health organizations, NGOs or global entities to stoke and propagate fear. People will need to be responsible for obtaining their own information by establishing alternate means of communication when the WHO’s “ministry of truth” is established and activated. People will need to trust their own family members and friends when it comes to information that counters the “official narrative”, instead of the bought and paid for medical establishment. Remember, it doesn’t take a medical degree to read medical literature. It never fails there is always a sentence, paragraph, or section that any layperson can understand in the body of the paper.

Last, but not least, the people must prepare to fight any tyranny by any means necessary to secure their right to self-determination and other rights outlined in The Bill of Rights, including those in the Ninth and Tenth Amendments.

Whether it is realized or not, this WHO treaty basically eradicates the God-given individual rights of the people. Health care professionals and “law enforcement”, remember, your rights will be eroded as well.

This treaty opens Pandora’s box regarding medical tyranny, medical experimentation on the masses, continuation of the development and release of bioweapons, crimes against humanity, and promotes genocide and democide (death by government). This has already been seen with the CONvid-1984 planned “scam”demic. With the WHO treaty allowing WHO to be in control, any “health care emergency” declared by the WHO would be the catalyst for treaty parties to unleash “China-style” interventions – strict lockdowns, quarantines, passports, mandates, and even extermination of their own populations. No longer will there be sovereign nations, states or peoples.

Resistance is NOT futile, but duty. Failure to do our duty regarding this “treaty” will surely secure our total enslavement.
