 In an aggressive move to divide the nation, President Joe Biden signed Executive Order 14091 on February 16, titled “Further Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.” The order creates a diversity-industrial complex by empowering government diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) bureaucrats and granting special status to certain “underserved communities.”

This overreaching order seems to be a response to the anticipated unfavorable Supreme Court decisions regarding racial preferences at Harvard University and the University of North Carolina.
