It is really sickening to observe the Judicial disarray, confusion, delay, refusal to adhere to final decisions and the numerous other obstacles that a citizen must endure in trying to retain Second Amendment rights. I Amendment is clear, easily understood yet it seems beyond the capability of the SCOTUS to render the proper decision. These so-called Government Administrative organizations such as the ATF etc hold no legal authority for anything. Congress (the people’s Representatives) are failing constantly to perform their prime function of protecting the Constitution and our Bill of Rights etc. It is readily clear that the functions of the Government are intent on doing just the opposite. The time has come to dissolve a non-functioning Government and to prosecute those officials in office that refuse to support citizens rights. A child of 8-10 could clearly read and comprehend the language of our rights whereas it seems beyond our ineffective leaders comprehension.
