Real Or Staged? Armed March Leader Kokesh Arrested At Marijuana Rally

I have written on the armed march that is supposedly scheduled for July 4, 2013 in Washington, D.C. as well as its organizer Adam Kokesh. In the article on Kokesh, I presented many reasons why one should be wary of him because of his political ties. In the first article I presented why one should not even think of attending his event. However, yesterday, I think it’s quite clear why one should not attend an event that Kokesh is involved in. He was arrested at a marijuana rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a crowd of people gathered to smoke pot out in the open to protest the laws in place against marijuana.

First, let me say that I think laws against marijuana are silly simply because they are laws against something that grows in nature. For well over a century in our nation, marijuana was legal. Just like guns, marijuana is not the problem; it’s people that are the problem.

“Law”: In America, the Constitution is the Supreme Law, anything to the contrary notwithstanding (has no standing). It provides the following jurisdictions to the courts:
Admiralty and Maritime (international in scope, and usually not applicable in domestic cases),
the constitution itself, and Common and equity law.
Common and equity law are aspects of the human mind, unwritten laws, based on reason. Equity refers to the notion of fairness and equality, equating harm so punishments fit the crimes.
Common law is our ability to know right from wrong, and identify criminal harms. (Harm = injury, loss, or detriment).
The purpose of our Supreme law (in the preamble) is ‘to promote the general welfare’ of ‘we the people’.
NOW, for a member of govt. to penalize a person for an act which caused no harm to anyone without their proper consent, IS A CRIME, under common law, equity law, and our Supreme Law.
All unconstitutional legislation is null and void (Says in constitution, and norton V shelby county).
So, the ‘laws’ incriminating harmless offenses like this are invalid. Also, it is a crime for any officer of the US Govt. to make or enforce any unconstitutional laws like this.
A good lawyer can win these cases.
Marijuana is not really illegal, because the legislation that makes it so is illegal.

As I just posted, this was an unlawful arrest, and my collected legal citations prove we have the right to self defense against such.
If I had been there, I would have clearly explained the law to everyone, and prepared them to perform citizens arrests on all the officers who attempted to take their rights away.
We do have the right to do that. And to practice law, and prosecute also.
As long as the people outnumber the officers, we the people ARE the power.

The arrest may have been a way for Adam Kokesh to meet with his FBI handlers.
I see a lot of Saul Alinsky tactics being used in these comments. Adam is trying to wake people up to the tyranny and lawlessness going on at the federal level, and we are either too lazy, or just scared to confront the crooks. The clowns that arrested him, violated his rights as an american citizen to redress his grievances. This was clearly a set-up. They are trying to put a stop to the armed march on DC.

Whether this latest episode is is a publicity stunt or not is up for grabs as some of his party were removed from the Jefferson Memorial for DANCING to the background music

This is completlely legit. He lives in my area and a good friend of mine is personally friends with him. I called him when I heard what happend and my buddy called me an hour ago to say they held in for 3 days at a federal detention center and charged him with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. Clearly from the videos he did not. He was held for 3 days and did not even allow him a phone call which shows what this country has turned into. Any info that this guy is cointelpro, a plant or stuff like that is BS. He is a a real dude who is keen on what’s going on and willing to put himself on the line to wake people up. The only known marxist with ties to radicals is our so called pres. I won’t be marching into DC with them, I can’t afford to be a martyr. Just wanted to clear that up.
Adam Kokesh is an Obama sellout trying to “Create and INCIDENT” to justify in Obama invoking Martial law in the District of Columbia. The FBI has for years used “Kokesh Types to infiltrate and set up targeted groups to take a violent fall. It is called entrapment but it can get a lot of targets killed.
