Small, Hairy, Humanoid Creature Causes Hysteria In Classroom, Closes School
The Mathiba Primary School in Maun had to abruptly end classes last week after sightings of a “hairy little humanoid” caused a school-wide commotion.
When sixth and seventh grade students at Mathiba noticed what they describes as “a black little hairy creature which resembled a human being”, pandemonium ensued. Children left their classes to run amok, many fainted, and at least ten kids had to be treated for shock at a local clinic thanks to the bizarre encounter.
According to Acro Maseko, Director for North West District in the Ministry of Education and Skills Development (whew..), all of that hysteria made it a little hard to continue with regular classes, so teachers sent the students home while they hunted for the beast.

Well, that medieval painting (1472 I think it was) also shows a comet overhead, a leg of a cow falling from the sky (cattle mutilation) raining blood and mutated animals and children.

I already assumed that the obviously fake photo was included just for a laugh, so will leave that silliiness out of the discussion.
Not mentioning that Maun was a town in Botswana (near South Africa) detracted from the story. This detail should have been included.
Reports like this one often have a grain of truth, which should be explored. No doubt something happened in the school. What was it?
Leaving the story as it is only undermines future stories.

Ok, I thought it was fairly obvious that the photo above was added by some news agency as a representation of what might have been seen. I’ve seen no captions on the various web sites that show this pic that indicates that it’s a real photo. Leave it to most people to center on the photo and forget the actual story of what happened.

There are lots of creatures that have “bi-dimensional” capabilities and they get sighted periodically by choice. This is probably just another one of them. People can hunt for bigfoot, mothman, chupacabra until their dying day and will never find them.
