Obama Will Advocate For Hand Over Of Oceans To Globalist Powers
Significant changes that affect a great majority, but that are carried out by a minority, do not happen in short periods of time. They take a while to be thought out, incubated, developed and implemented. The slower the pace at which those changes occur, the better for those who attempt to implement change by stealth.
The transfer of wealth from the poorest to the richest is one example of the secretive way in which global power shifted from the hands of the many to those of a few global oligarchs. Such a transfer was cooked for a long time with the help of a low flame fire that made it very difficult to notice.
After robbing the working class of their savings, pensions, jobs and futures, the global oligarchs have now increased the fire of a plan that has been running parallel to the confiscation of wealth. They have shifted into third gear in their plan to confiscate the most important natural resource the planet has: The Oceans.
The plan to limit who has access to Earth’s largest source of life began long ago with the codification of policies that would be forced on nations by international groups whose leaders were not elected by the people of the world, but by a small group of powerful men and women.
The most important entity at the head of this movement to rob humanity of the natural riches they’ve inherited from generation after generation is the United Nations. The UN is at the top of a growing “Global Green Dictatorship”, says Dr. Eric Karlstrom. The terms of this global green dictatorship are codified on documents written by organizations like the UN, the Club of Rome and others. Those documents include Agenda 21, Sustainable Development Programs, the Wildlands Project, the UN Global Biodiversity Assessment and the World Heritage Treaty. To them we must add the Law of the Sea Treaty, which is the base for the confiscation of the world’s oceans that will be carried out by the United States and the other G7 countries on behalf of the globalist oligarchy.
To this end, US President, Barack Obama, announced Monday his intention to substantially expand the Pacific Ocean area closed to fishing and energy exploration, in order to create the largest protected marine area in the world. According to the Washington Post, Obama’s proposal would double the ocean surface that is completely protected.
Sustainable development and environmentalism are two of the flags used by globalists and their puppets to secure control of the world’s most important resources. At first, the total control of the planet’s resources will come in regional governance projects, such as the one proposed by Obama, but later they will be united in one big control grid whose power switch will be in the hands of the power elite.
“Regional Governance is the method whereby would-be rulers intend to control every aspect of our lives. Without the full implementation of Regional Governance, their plan for world dominance cannot succeed…. (Governance, as opposed to Government, means “control by rules, restrictions, and regulations.”). In order to subvert the sovereignty of the United States” and that of other nations that are heavily invested in the so-called protection of the environment, warns Dr. Karlstrom. The would be rulers indeed want to protect the environment, but not for the reasons that most people think.
The announcement made by Obama coincides with the second day of the conference of the Oceans in the State Department, and is a new step in Obama’s official agenda to combat climate change, which apparently has become one of the priorities of his second mandate.
Obama’s Executive Decree, which comes into force later this year after overcoming a period of public comment, seeks to expand a protected zone established by his predecessor, George W. Bush, in 2009.
This area, called Marine National Monument Pacific Remote Islands, covers the waters adjacent to seven islands already controlled by the U.S. and located in the Pacific between Hawaii and the Mariana Islands atolls.
Currently, protected waters include an area around the islands of about 225,300 square miles. Obama’s proposal would extend that protected area to more than 2 million square miles around each territory area. That extension would include Wake Island, Jarvis Island, Howland Island, Baker Island, Kingman Reef, and Palmyra Atoll and Johnston.
The same kind of proposals are being implemented all over the world. In Costa Rica, for example, 60% of its territory is already deemed as areas of conservation and its symbol of commitment to nature, the Cocos Island is awaiting the UN’s approval to become a World Heritage Site, which will effectively make it property of that organization.
“This area is the closest thing I’ve ever seen the pristine ocean,” said Enric Salam who works for National Geographic and has studied coral and atolls in that area since 2005. The United States is the country that has more control over the sea, with over 13% of the area of the oceans under its supervision, and is the second in the world behind China, that consumes fish and shellfish. If you think it is a bad idea that one country possesses such a large amount of oceanic territory, you are not going to like the endgame that the globalist elite have in store.
As it has been widely reported, regional governance is the first step in the plan to merge North America into the North American Union. Similar unions are being created in other continents through commercial and political alliances, which will ultimately become one single block of former sovereign nations under the control of a global oligarchy. “The Sierra Club, in cooperation with the IUCN and the UN, has re-mapped North America into 21 “bio-regions.”
Just as the United Nations requires for each designated World Heritage site, each bio-region is divided into three zones: 1) wildness area where human intrusion is forbidden, 2) buffer zones surrounding the wilderness area where human access is strictly controlled and limited, and 3) cooperation zones, where humans would be permitted to live, although their activities could be sharply circumscribed,” reports Karlstrom on his website Natural Climate Change, where he presents the most comprehensive analysis about the hoax know as the Green Revolution.
According to Wikipedia, UNESCO World Heritage sites such as a forest, mountain, lake, desert, monument, building, complex, or city, are maintained by the World Heritage Programme administered by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, which is composed of 21 state parties elected by the UN General Assembly. Sites are designated under the auspices of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) program on Man and the Biosphere (MAB).
At present, there are 851 sites listed in 141 countries. Of these, 660 are cultural, 166 are natural, and 25 have mixed properties. These sites include the most treasured historical cultural monuments in the world, such as Stonehenge, the Great Pyramids, the Great Wall of China, Machu Pichu, the Statue of Liberty, and the Old City of Jerusalem and its Walls. There are 41 World Heritage sites in Italy alone, including the actual cities of Venice, Assisi, Ferrara, Paladia, and Verona and the Historic Centres of Rome, Florence, Naples, Siena, Pienza, Urbino, not to mention several national parks and the Aeolian Islands.
A biosphere reserve is an international conservation designation, given by UNESCO under its Programme on Man and the Biosphere (MAB). Proscribed new uses of land are tools for implementing Agenda 21, the Convention on Biological Diversity, and other international (UN) agreements. As of May, 2008, the World Network of Biosphere Reserves includes 531 biosphere reserves in 105 countries and the world’s oceans are a key part of these biosphere reserves.
Just as the United States was charged with controlling the global economy through the petrodollar after World War II the UN and its agencies are now taking over the world’s oceans after exercising its control of large portions of land that includes forests, national parks, biological reserves, etc.
“The Law of the Sea Treaty originated in the 1970s as part of the United Nations’ redistributionist agenda known as the “New International Economic Order.” The convention covers such issues as fishing and navigation, but the controversy arose mainly over seabed mining,” reports Doug Bandow, from the Catho Institute.
“According to its supporters, we need LOST for a variety of reasons. The main one concerns the oil and gas resources in the outer limits of our extended continental shelf. The treaty’s proponents say we can obtain legal title to it only by signing on to the treaty,” says Edwin Feulner. So, it is not about saving the environment, it is about concentrating power over Earth’s resources in fewer hands. But it goes beyond control of resources. It is also about having more power to expand the positioning of the largest military force on the planet, which will undoubtedly do the work of those who control the UN.
According to the PEW Charitable Trusts, the Law of the Sea Treaty would, among other things “grant the United States worldwide commercial access to undersea communications cables that keep America connected across the globe, allow the U.S. military to be in the strongest possible position to protect our legal rights to move through and over the world’s oceans and it would also strengthen America’s claim to the full outer continental shelf.”
“In the case of Alaska, this would extend U.S. sovereignty 600 miles offshore, instead of the current 200-mile limit.” The catch on all this is that such increase in the control of the oceans and the expansion of military power would not be in the hands of the United States per se, but on the hands of those who control the US government.
