Plot to Bomb Federal Reserve Bank in Kansas City Foiled

SWITZERLAND, Basel — Unable to execute the Bank of America terror attack in Charlotte, North Carolina back in June of 2014, it now appears that the Obama administration (at the behest of the CIA) will attempt to execute a terror attack at Union Station in Kansas City, followed by an Oklahoma City-like bombing of the Federal Reserve Bank in Kansas City and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

The impending “domestic” terror attack is designed to trigger financial panic in respect to the Federal Reserve which will ultimately cause a global run on the U.S. dollar, destroying the ailing U.S. economy for good. This will allow the Obama administration to pin the U.S. financial collapse on so-called domestic terrorists, not the banks and which engineered the collapse to begin with.

The attack depicted herein is designed to mimic the Oklahoma City Bombing in both name and likeness so that a civil war against the Obama and the U.S. government commences shortly thereafter. In the wake of the “KC Bombing” (designed to sound similar to the OKC Bombing of 1995 which was allegedly committed by militia member Timothy McVeigh), so-called white, racist, gun owning militia members who are current or former U.S. military will predictably be scapegoated for the attack.

This will allow the Obama administration to demonize the many groups which are opposed to his impending dictatorship (e.g., libertarians, gun owners, constitutionalists, Tea Party members, militia members, veterans, etc.). Needless to say, that “domestic” terror attack will allow Obama to crack down on political dissent in America which is currently at an all-time high.

Due to the 2014 Major League Baseball Postseason, which is coincidentally featuring both the Kansas City Royals and the St. Louis Cardinals, and Monday Night Football, the sports world is now collective focused on the state of Missouri. As evidenced by the rodeo clown wearing Obama mask, and the mannequin in Obama mask hung from Missouri bridge, the Show Me State has historically been very anti-Obama, hence the impending attack.

In order to bring unprecedented media publicity to Kansas City prior to an attack, President Obama stated on October 1, 2014 that “Something is going on in Kansas City”. The premeditated comment by Obama was designed to infer (post attack) that something sinister such as a terror plot of some sorts is going on behind the scenes in the Kansas City

Federal Reserve Bank Terror Drill
In what appears to be cover drill for the controlled demolition of the Federal Reserve Banks in Missouri, it was reported on October 10, 2014, that the U.S. and the UK will execute a “big bank collapse” simulation this week. According to reports, officials will “get together in a war room next week to see if they can cope with any possible fall-out when the next big bank topples over”. The banking collapse drill will reportedly involve Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen and Bank of England Governor Mark Carney, and be hosted by the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The drill will involve the hypothetical failure of a U.S. bank, most likely the Federal Reserve. Needless to say, key term such as “collapse” and “topples over” are designed to foreshadow that a 9/11-style demolition of Federal Reserve Banks is indeed planned.

Kansas City Terror Drill
In what appears to a full-scale terror drill for the impending KC Bombing, it was reported on September 25, 2014, that the government of Kansas is executing a “Zombie Apocalypse” terror drill this October. According to the report which opens with the words “Attention, zombies: Do not attack Kansas in October”, Kansas Governor Sam Brownback has proclaimed October of 2014 “Zombie Preparedness Month”. Similar to FEMA’s Zombie Apocalypse campaign back in 2011, the zombie title and theme are just cover for the real terror drill which is likely preparing officials in both Kanas and Missouri for a massive October terror attack. A Kansas official stated, “If you’re equipped to handle the zombie apocalypse, then you’re prepared for tornadoes, severe storms, fire and any other natural disaster”. Interestingly, the report stated that it’s “less scary to hear that the Pentagon has a zombie plan than to hear that it has a, say, nuclear attack plan”. Because the Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) serves as the Council of Governments (COG) and the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the bi-state Kansas City region, it acts as an independent regional government over Kanas City issues such as transportation and emergency services, both of which would be affected in a terror attack. In other words, MARC is the government of Kansas City, regardless of whether it is in Kansas or Missouri. Therefore, terror drills executed in Kansas may also be for the state of Missouri and vice versa. Since the American public is onto the fact that terror drills always precede real acts of terror, terror drill themes and locations are often changed in order to hide their true purpose; this appears to be once such case.

Domestic Terror Patsy Eric Frein
In the wake of a KC Bombing, it is highly likely that the feds will implicate one Eric Matthew Frein, an alleged military buff and survivalist currently the run from the FBI and on their most-wanted list. Frein reportedly murdered Pennsylvania state trooper Cpl. Bryon K Dickson II and wounded his partner Alex T. Douglass during an attack on their barracks in Blooming Grove on September 12, 2014. Considering that the FBI has thus far been unable to find Frein after 4-weeks of hunting him in the Pennsylvania woods with assault rifles and night-vision goggles, the entire case of surrounding Frein is becoming highly suspect. He appears to either be a CIA hitman on the run, or his identity is being used for propaganda purposes so that if and when a state-sponsored “domestic” terror attack is finally executed, the feds will have a nicely groomed white male scapegoat to blame it on. According to a report dated October 3, 2014, Frein appears to be alive and well, surviving off cans of tuna and packets of ramen noodles. Police reportedly know this because they seized a stash of food at one of his alleged campsites in the woods along with a cluster of military-style packs, clothing, two pipe bombs and .380-caliber ammunition that predictably match the weapon used to shoot the two state troopers. The fact that Frein allegedly left behind ammunition and pipe bombs is a red-flag that he will be scapegoated in an upcoming state-sponsored attack, most likely a domestic bombing or gun-related massacre. Needless to say, no one on the run for murder would ever leave behind ammunition and pipe bombs which could be used to: a) implicate him in a court of law, and b) fend off the police and FBI which are allegedly hunting him down. These details were only leaked in order to create the necessary media narrative prior to a state-sponsored act of terror for which Frein will be scapegoated.

Union Station Attack
Similar to the 9/11 Attacks, there will likely be an initial attack in the target city in order to draw in international media attention prior to the grand finale. Although impossible to know, it’s highly likely that the Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri will be attacked prior to the bombing of the Federal Reserve Bank in Kansas City and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. The attack on America’s travel infrastructure will likely be a gun-related massacre and/or suicide bombings. It will be used to pass draconian legislation post-terror attack, as well as terrorize the hundreds of American cities which also have a Union Station (e.g., Chicago, Dallas, Portland, Phoenix, etc.). In what appears to be pre-Union Station attack in Kansas City, it was reported on October 10, 2014, that one person was killed and another injured in a shooting near Union Station. Whether the apparent execution was a Roman-like blood sacrifice for a successful attack on Union Station in Kansas City is not known, but killings are historically executed at terror targets just prior to major terror attacks.

Transit Terror Trending
Prior to a high-profile transit-related terror attack, the American public must be psychologically prepared to accept that this is in fact possible. Fraudulent headlines and fabricated events are a slick way of convincing people that yes, it can happen. As evidenced transit-related terror is now at an all-time high which suggests that a state-sponsored terror attack on U.S. buses, trains, and/or stations is imminent.

DHS Banking Continuity
In the wake of a terror attack on the U.S. Federal Reserve, a global financial panic in respect to the U.S. dollar will likely ensure. According to a December 10, 2004, CRS Report for Congress entitled “Homeland Security: Banking and Financial: Infrastructure Continuity”, bank terror and financial collapse have been planned for accordingly. According to the report, “H.R. 2043 sought to address bank risks under terrorism” and the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (TRIA) “provides a federal backstop for insurers willing to provide terrorism insurance”, ultimately protecting insurance banks against “catastrophic payouts in case of terrorist attacks”.  In other words, if and when a bank related terror attacks occur resulting in financial panic, private banks will not have to foot the bill for their losses because the U.S. government has assumed all the risk and liability. This convenient set-up essentially guarantees that the U.S. government, not the banks, will go bankrupt in the aftermath of bank related terror attacks.

The “Contagion Effect”
In the aftermath of an attack on the U.S. Federal Reserve, other banks will likely begin to panic as well, setting off a chain reaction of banking collapses around the world. The aforementioned CRS Report for Congress found that when one bank goes, the rest will follow:  “Financial institutions face two categories of emergencies that could impair their functioning. The first is directly financial: danger of a sudden drop in the value of financial assets, whether originating domestically or elsewhere in the world, such that a global financial crisis might follow. The second is operational: failure of physical support structures that underlie the financial system. Either could disrupt the nation’s ability to supply goods and services and alter the behavior of individuals in fear of the disruption (or fear of greater disruption). They could reduce the pace of economic activity, or at an extreme, cause an actual contraction of economic activity”. The report went on to state that “Collapse of one prominent entity could evoke a contagion effect, in which sound financial institutions become viewed as weak — today’s equivalents of a bank run, in which panicked customers withdraw funds from many entities, causing others to fail as well”.
