Surveillance to persecute innocent people is more common than people realize. Thousands upon thousands of innocent Americans are being monitored and persecuted 24/7, a covert terror unlesahed across the nation, as Brenda Allen and her family experienced at the hands of the Secret Service.

“Once it started, it was hell,” Allen told the Washington Post in an interview, a major breakthough for targeted hundreds of thousands of targeted individuals in the United States alone.

For years, those hundreds of thousands of targeted individuals have remained voiceless as they suffer in silence, revictimized by friends, family members and professionals in denial or part of the national surveillance system with tentacles reaching into American neighborhoods, even into Americans’ bedrooms.

Anyone With the Right Connections Can Have Anyone Targeted

Allen’s surveillance came after an altercation with her neighbor, Lisa Chopey, who worked for former Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan, as reported by Theresa Poulson for the Washington Post.

False accusations, fraud, entrapment and other dirty tricks used for decades by the United States counter-intelliegnce operatives are often used today to make the targeted victim appear to be at fault, a possible risk to national security. The life of all Targeted Individuals is hell.

“Allen said she saw unmarked cars sitting on her street every day, for months,” the Post reports, identical to reports Deborah Dupré has received from hundreds of other innocent targets.

“They were frequent and there were a lot,” Allen said, describing the operatives spying on her from unmarked cars.

“It felt like an invasion,” she said. “It was miserable to live there.”

Her child was “devastated.”

Allen did what many terrorized targets report doing. She stayed inside, “didn’t bother to go outside anymore.” She became a terrified prisoner in her own home.

Few believe a target when told this is happening, especially when the target is an ordinary citizen, with a low profile, a person of of little interest in terms of the secret police. It can and is, however, happening in most neighborhoods, according to Deborah Dupré’s research since 9/11.

“Don’t be paranoid,” family members and friends often tell the victim, while professionals such as psychologists and others in the mental health system want to see the victim diagnosed as delusional. 

Hypervigilance sets into the experience of the victim, a condition leading to mental injury, not mental illness. Mental injury can heal when the targeting terror ends, unlike most mental illnesses.

Targeted Individuals never know if today is the day someone in one of those unmarked cars will shoot to kill, as has become increasingly common in the U.S. under the Bush-Obama regime.

Perhaps today is the day that the stalker/spy in the unmarked parked car will use a now typical unforced break-in, kidnap and disappear you. Who knows what these creepy operatives might do or when they will make their move?

Those are the justifiable fears, the terror that Targeted Individuals experience daily, 24/7. This is what the American tax dollar is paying for, persecution of the innocent, mostly the “best people,” according to private investigator William Taylor and a trove of emails from victims contacting Dupré.

“It’s a joke,” Allen responded when asked what she thought when she learned a large group of agents were spying on her.

With all the real issues involving real criminals today, this is what agents are doing.

“Their job is to protect people,” Allen said.

Instead, innocent targeted individuals have no such protection, only government-sanctioned revenge.
