Russia DNA Noah’s arc

I´m considering the Aftertime, just as some wise governments seem to be planning for it: Norway Seed Vault :  http://www.futuretimeline.net/blog/2014/02/27.htm Russia´s Noah´s Ark :  http://www.futuretimeline.net/blog/2014/12/29.htm Of course, saving DNA is quite a different matter from saving seed, and involves very different technologies. But anyway: Since in the Aftertime governments will be crippled, only local leaderships running, in which extent these good ideas will be successful? Will mankind be capable of restoring all of those species which are desirable and harmonic with nature? Will mankind be assisted to make it? Perhaps, in the end, since survival groups shall be shattered all around in some very specific areas, with eventually very limited technologies available, these banks may only be available for the visitors.  Anyway, I think these banks may be most useful. 

We have on occasion mentioned species that will be assisted to survive the coming Pole Shift, based on the strength of The Call given on these matters. Thousands of species will get such an assist, thus. Where the Norway Seed Vault can be envisioned to be restarting crops at the hands of man, mankind’s ability to clone from DNA has not yet reached the point where replacing extinct species from a Russian DNA bank is possible. There is talk about restarting the Woolly Mammoth, but this would be a blend with DNA from a living cousin, the Elephant. What then is the purpose of the Russian DNA bank? 

The Russians are open to the concept of the visitors, alien life from elsewhere visiting the Earth, and are also enthusiastic readers of the ZetaTalk website. Yes, certain species are going to be assisted due to The Call having been given, but what if after the Pole Shift it is discovered that others, needed for a balanced ecosystem or beloved, should have been included! In these cases, the DNA databank can be used by the survivors, in partnership with technological assistance from their new alien neighbors in the Aftertime. Oh, this one species was forgotten and wiped out! Can we restart it? A belated Call, in a manner of speaking.  Good planning on the part of the Russians, and compassionate hearts.
